AutoZone has a diagnostic tool to figure out why the light came on for free which was super easy to use. The report said that we had air flow issues. Abel Soto, Store Manager, was extremely helpful and explained to us what the problem was and how to resolve the issue. He even said that he would come out and help us as soon as another employee returned from making a delivery. We replaced something and cleaned something and Abel reviewed our work and said we were good to go. I'm happy to say that we made it home without the check engine light turning on again! I am so glad that we headed to AutoZone. Abel's customer service was amazing.

This was the best costumer service I have received at an auto place in a really long time. They checked my battery and deemed it was unusable. Afterwards they ran their system to see if they had a replacement. Luckily they had the exact one I needed. When he brought it up to the counter, without me asking, he offered to help me replace the old one with the one I just purchased. Since 2 people are better than one I said "let's do it"! He did most of the work but we knocked it out in about 10 minutes or so. It was cold+windy and he was in a tshirt, not once did he complain and went strait to work on the battery. You don't see that type of work ethic anymore and it's such a delight when you do. For as long as they keep people like Justin, I will keep coming back. This is my go to spot from now on. If you make it out to this store please ask for Justin. He'll make your life a whole lot easier.

The moment my mother walked out with the manager I heard several employees talking poorly about my mother. I ended up driving it 2+ hours to this O'Reilly's store after the Odessa Nissan dealership told me they couldn't get to my car for 3 weeks! Chris at O'Reilly ran the diagnostic on my car and was able to reset it, which seemed to fix everything. Damien helped me get a new air filter and they both helped me change it. They were so kind and informative. I was definitely stressed and not sure what to do.
