I have taken my car to K&N when dealership says they can't duplicate the problem I am having. Owner is willing to take the time to duplicate the problem and fix it! I had brakes replaced at dealership. Rotor was out of round but problem did not happen until car had been driven on highway for a while. I took it to the dealer (still under warranty) explained problem. I was told there was nothing wrong with brakes. So I drove it until it got really bad, but decided not to bother with dealer (work was still under warranty) and I took the car to K & N because I knew the owner would listen and believe me, which he did, and he fixed the problem,

Sun City responded and by 6am was trying to figure out what happened and how to get us up and running. Apparently we broke down in a small town where all the part stores were closed on Sunday. But he traveled to the nearest town to get the parts needed to make the repairs. When he got back and started getting to work he quickly realized it was worse than originally thought. He once again drove to another town to get the parts and came back for us. Unfortunately the RV was a dud at that point and was not safe to be driven and needed major repairs that a mobile job was not equipped to fix. Sun City was courteous, continued to give us updates, and also had a great music selection for us to jam out to while he was working and we were hanging out in the air conditioned RV. He was upfront and honest and I would recommend him to my grandmother if she broke down in the area.

I'm new to Midland and one of the worst things about moving is finding a new reliable, trust worthy…read moreauto shop. This is actually my first review I have ever written and the reason I'm doing so is to let people know I had the best experience bring my truck into Bill Williams Tire store. While I came into the store to look for new tires, I also found out they do brakes and oil changes, which I needed as well (or at least thought I did). While being helped by a friendly (as I have found most people in Midland to be) and knowledge counter person, I learned I could get a free Brake Inspection. Long story short, I was expecting them to come back to me that all my brakes needed to be replaced. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me my brakes still have about half their life. By them not just charging me hundreds of dollars to change brakes I did not need, is huge in my book. Oh, by the way, I got 4 new BF Goodrich KO2's that I absolutely love. Thanks Bill Williams, you have a new customer for life!
