The moment my mother walked out with the manager I heard several employees talking poorly about my mother. I am assuming they didn't see me because the moment I walked around the corner they just got qu and looked at me. At least the manager checked out the car but I am definitely not impressed by the unprofessional behavior from his employee.

I have taken my car to K&N when dealership says they can't duplicate the problem I am having. Owner is willing to take the time to duplicate the problem and fix it! I had brakes replaced at dealership. Rotor was out of round but problem did not happen until car had been driven on highway for a while. I took it to the dealer (still under warranty) explained problem. I was told there was nothing wrong with brakes. So I drove it until it got really bad, but decided not to bother with dealer (work was still under warranty) and I took the car to K & N because I knew the owner would listen and believe me, which he did, and he fixed the problem,

He said no not gonna charge. Well I went by that afternoon and asked what it was and he said it was something in the ignition. I said ok let me save up some money and I come back. He charged me $90 and said sorry but have to charge you period. I got taken, I Never went back and heard others havent either.
