    I went in to get my tires changed and it took them 3hrs, granted they had other costumers before me, but they put the wrong tires on.

    At the very least, acknowledge a customer when they walk in, and are waiting. "We will be with you shortly" is acceptable.

I dropped…read moreoff my white 2023 Corvette at this location on Wednesday, October 8, because both my front right and rear right tires had nails in them. The nails were in the sidewalls, so the tires needed to be replaced. These are run-flat tires, not common sizes, but the staff assured me they were ordered and would arrive by Friday so the replacements could be installed Saturday. When I stopped by on Monday, October 13, to check on my car and pick it up, I was shocked to learn that no one had ever even created a work order for it. My car had been sitting outside in the parking lot for nearly five days untouched. The employee confirmed the tires had already been delivered and were sitting in the shop, ready to go -- but because someone failed to enter the order, nothing had been done. Even worse, no one from the store ever contacted me -- not once. The only reason I received a text at all was because I showed up in person to ask about my car. After realizing the mistake, an employee texted me later that day to create a ticket -- five days after drop-off and only after I came in and discovered the issue myself. That's not proactive communication; that's damage control. I've been a loyal Discount Tire customer for over 20 years, and this is the first time I've experienced such poor service and complete lack of accountability. I own a business myself, so I understand mistakes can happen, but this wasn't a simple error -- it was a total failure in communication and process. If I didn't have another vehicle, I would have been stranded for almost a week because no one followed up. Your customers rely on you for timely, professional service -- not to have their vehicles forgotten in the parking lot. Hopefully this was a one-off at this location, but my experience shows a serious breakdown in organization, communication, and customer care.
