I gave this one star only because I could not post with NONE!!…read moreWe have been customers here for 3 years. The service has declined. We have purchased tires for three vehicles, four trailers and a tractor over the last three years. Yesterday I had a flat and called for roadside assistance because we could NOT remove the lug nuts due to over tightening. They had to tow my vehicle to get them off. It sheared a lug nuts due in the socket at another shop. We bent the tire iron on the side of the road. The shop that accepted my vehicle inspected the other three tires an had the same issue with those tires as well. I had to replace 24 lug nuts. When completed I went to Cheyenne who has been the ONLY tire company to have handled my tires until this incident; walked in to speak to the manager (which was his first day on the job) Brought all 24 to show him what happened so there could be a lesson and training before someone else has this issue or worse. He kindly agreed and asked what he could do to fix and rectify the problem. I asked if he'd reimburse me for the cost of changing them. He agreed then told me he'd have to check with the other store due to his first day. I left he called me late the same afternoon and said " I cannot credit you because you didn't purchase from here, however I called the shop you brought it to that changed them and they will credit you A SET of lugnut for the one flat you had and we will work it out between shops. EXCUSE ME WHAT????" Then when I did not agree nor think it was fair he went from helpful to saying this was my fault and wanted me to explain how I thought him paying for all was acceptable. By now I was beyond done with the entire situation told him if he could not make it right the conversation was over and the call would end. He started to get rude so I hung up! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR BE BACK! If this is the way you handle a situation when I came in to help and show what's going on in your shop and it turns to an argument with a customer- extremely disappointed in the way a new manager handled this situation.

Just a heads up. …read more. These guys make up their own rates they do not post their labor cost in the office and if you ask, which i did multiple times, they say they will look into it and give you a good price. Ok lets get to the good part and why they fully deserve one star. First off, they are crooks. I brought my 2012 dodge avenger there for a simple radiator hose replacement. That was the ONLY thing i requested. A radiator hose is generally just a tube that can be put on in about 30 minutes MAX bland the part even from dodge is only $15 the highest is $25. Nobody called the next day to tell me if they found a part, the cost, or asked if i wanted the part to be put on, NO ESTIMATES! I had to call and ask whats the status, thats when they said oh we are done.. Shocking.. Nobody told me anything. So i asked how much it was and the guy says ill tell u when u get here.. Thats when i knew i was going to get an outrageous price. But i went to pick up my car. When i get there, the guy sits at the desk, doesnt say anything (guilty conscience) he is just typing the whole time. Hands me a paper and says there you go. $279! SERIOUSLY FOR A REPLACED RADIATOR HOSE THATS IT! so im heated as soon as i see the charge and i ask where the hell do u get these prices! So apparently he brought a $89 hose, and said its directly from dodge lol i show him dodges replacement hose $15 TO $25 MAX and he says oh well it came with a replacement cap... FUCKIN IDIOT THE CAP ISNT DAMAGED AND ITS A TWIST ON CAP! then he says oh we charged 115 for labor and it took us AN HOUR AND A HALF! i think you guys get it... Hose, 15 to 25, i paid more than 100 total for the part (which i doubt was the part he showed me only because he couldnt give me a receipt for the part or warranty print out) and a 30 minute job took an hour and half... Hmmmm... Yea right. Go here at your own risk. I could only imagine how many people got done like me with no Vaseline lol but didnt speak up. YOU WILL GET ROCKED BY PRICES TRUST ME DO NOT DO IT! THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE! IM THE REAL CUSTOMER AND I AM WARNING YOU THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND ARE GETTING AWAY WITH ROBBERY!

My mother had been experiencing several problems with her Nissan Titan truck and some help with understanding what was causing the problems. We called and John's Automotive and spoke with the owner. Not only did Mr. John preformed a free vehicle diagnostic letting us understand what was needed to be repaired and give us fair price, but Mr. John also was kind enough to provide my elderly mother with transportation from the repair shop to her home and picked her up again from home when the truck was ready at the repair shop, It is so wonderful to know that there are still people people who practice Christian values. I took it to the dealer (still under warranty) explained problem. I was told there was nothing wrong with brakes. So I drove it until it got really bad, but decided not to bother with dealer (work was still under warranty) and I took the car to K & N because I knew the owner would listen and believe me, which he did, and he fixed the problem,
