This is actually my first review I have ever written and the reason I'm doing so is to let people know I had the best experience bring my truck into Bill Williams Tire store. While I came into the store to look for new tires, I also found out they do brakes and oil changes, which I needed as well (or at least thought I did). While being helped by a friendly (as I have found most people in Midland to be) and knowledge counter person, I learned I could get a free Brake Inspection. Long story short, I was expecting them to come back to me that all my brakes needed to be replaced. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me my brakes still have about half their life. By them not just charging me hundreds of dollars to change brakes I did not need, is huge in my book. Oh, by the way, I got 4 new BF Goodrich KO2's that I absolutely love. Thanks Bill Williams, you have a new customer for life!

I flatted in the late afternoon 20 miles outside of Midland and was luckily able to nurse the car back to town. The hundreds of oilfield services trucks with onboard air were a big help (think mesquite trees) I called and they said "come-on, be here by 6" I barely made it, and they stayed late to get me back on the road. Even had to collect a tire from another shop. When it's an emergency they seem to get it and make an extra effort to accommodate, cheers for to the extra effort team.

My husband was out of town, I just recently had back surgery so bending over to air up my tire is not possible right now. I had to leave town for the day. One of my tires was a little low and one was reading too high on the gauge. If you're going to ignore people that need to use the service then don't offer it. What is the point?? I had to call the store and Mia came out and helped me. Thank you Mia! None of these so called men would do it. The parking lot was almost empty. It's normally full so I know someone could have taken 2 minutes to check my tire pressure. You have a bunch of jerks that work there that don't know what chivalry is.

An update to my 1 star review on 10/18/25. Corporate management reached out and did their best to…read moremake things right. Even offering to give me all 4 tires for free. I said no to free tires, and that I simply wanted the warranty honored, and that's what we did. I was not pleased with the quality of the tire installation, the tires were absolutely filthy with some sort of paste all around the rims of the tires, all tires had multiple chalk circles, none of the nozzles were tightened at all, and the air pressure was way off on all 4 tires by plus or minus 5 PSI. This type of service is just the way it is after Covid it seems. It's not just Discount Tire, it's any service at any business almost. It's exhausting and disappointing but it's here to stay I guess.
