Ok nice you have the parts in stock? "Yes sir if not I can have them here in 10 minutes" sweet thank you. Couple minutes later "Sir? Your estimate is ready. Looks like your caliper is seized up and will need replaced as well" ok let's do it thank you. 2 rotors, pads on both sides, and the caliper on the drivers side all done in just a couple hours. Friendly customer service and fast service. Very professional. Thank you Midland Midas guys.

Today I discovered that my radiator cap is missing and several screws from my air filter housing are gone. This was the last place that worked on my vehicle, so this should not have happened. It's very unprofessional to remove parts from someone's vehicle and not put them back. These are simple items that should never be forgotten. I'm honestly lucky nothing worse happened to my engine because of this mistake. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Please double-check your work before sending customers back on the road.

Instead of offering a real solution, they simply reinserted the damaged plug and told me to "take it to a mechanic." My mechanic later confirmed that the aluminum oil pan was stripped beyond repair and had to be replaced. I contacted Take 5 to file a claim, but it was denied -- even though their own manager acknowledged the damage and sent me elsewhere. I paid out of pocket for a new oil pan due to negligence during a basic oil change. I gave them a chance to fix the situation, and they refused. If you care about your car, I'd recommend going elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this shop to handle even basic maintenance after this experience. Thanks for the response. I've already spoken directly with the manager at the store and explained my concerns. Unfortunately, nothing was resolved. My issue is not just with the condition of the drain plug, but how the technician handled it -- removing it without warning me of the risk, which led to further damage. Ultimately, I'll exercise my rights + options and go elsewhere. I was surprised there wasn't a line of cars waiting to get oil changes (like I experience the last time I had an oil change in this town at a different company)... granted it WAS the day after Christmas. Upon pulling up, a worker came out, asked me what I needed, offered me a bottle of water (wow! Thank you!) and told me to pull on up. There were 2 gentlemen who sprang into action for my full service oil change. Once the oil was drained, I was asked which level of oil I wanted: premium $70+, middle level $60+ or lowest $40+. I picked the cheapest oil change and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED and THANKFUL there wasn't a slew of up selling offers. (I SUPER DUPER HATE THAT!) My husband even texted me while I was there, "Don't let them up sell you stuff." The guys checked my air filter but said it looked clean (even showed it to me). More tire pressure was checked, the windshield washer fluid was filled (the light had been on for weeks and I hadn't gotten any. Boom.) and they washed my windshield. The staff here were WONDERFUL! I mean, so personable and friendly. I wish I got their names because the 2 guys who helped me were so great! I loved that Christian music was playing. Price: I mean, gone are the days of the $19.99 oil change. The ones here were like $42-72. CHECK ONLINE because I pulled up a $15 off coupon from their website, literally while they were working on my vehicle. I paid $36! We will DEFINITLY bringing our vehicles back here for our oil changes!

When he did, he bent the metal tube that it connected to and shoved it into the alternator pulley. This morning we made it about 150 miles before tje pulley cut a hole in the radiator hose.amd left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. We called Ford roadside assistance and was towed 45 miles to the nearest Ford dealership that is closed today because it is July 4th. So we had to rent a motel and are stuck waiting until tomorrow to see how long it will take Ford to fix it. This is the second time they have messed up my truck. In January, they over tightened the drain plug and almost couldn't get it loose without messing up the oil pan. I will be asking them to reimburse me for my expenses when I finally get back home.
