called 10 minutes before coming in about prices of the cheapest oil change, get there and some how they don't have that oil anymore ? drained my oil before telling me how much it was. told the lady i couldn't afford it and she said not my problem. if you tell someone how much it is over the phone you should honor what you said. and after that they wouldn't let me leave even tho they didn't put oil in it they just drained it. i would of left with no oil to go somewhere cheaper!!! never bringing my service there again! 92$ for a normal oil change ? not even synthetic just normal oil for 92$!! such a waste of money!! sorry that some people can't afford a normal oil change for 92$ i've never heard of that! maybe like 50$ but not 90! didn't even check my tires! such a scam!! I was long overdue for an oil change. Take 5 Oil Change was right around the corner from us so I decided to go here and I'm SO GLAD I DID! Hands down the BEST oil change I've ever had! I was surprised there wasn't a line of cars waiting to get oil changes (like I experience the last time I had an oil change in this town at a different company)... granted it WAS the day after Christmas. Upon pulling up, a worker came out, asked me what I needed, offered me a bottle of water (wow! Thank you!) and told me to pull on up. There were 2 gentlemen who sprang into action for my full service oil change. Once the oil was drained, I was asked which level of oil I wanted: premium $70+, middle level $60+ or lowest $40+. I picked the cheapest oil change and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED and THANKFUL there wasn't a slew of up selling offers. (I SUPER DUPER HATE THAT!) My husband even texted me while I was there, "Don't let them up sell you stuff." The guys checked my air filter but said it looked clean (even showed it to me). More tire pressure was checked, the windshield washer fluid was filled (the light had been on for weeks and I hadn't gotten any. Boom.) and they washed my windshield. The staff here were WONDERFUL! I mean, so personable and friendly. I wish I got their names because the 2 guys who helped me were so great! I loved that Christian music was playing. Price: I mean, gone are the days of the $19.99 oil change. The ones here were like $42-72. CHECK ONLINE because I pulled up a $15 off coupon from their website, literally while they were working on my vehicle. I paid $36! I was not given a choice of oils, paying the dealership price. He told me 84.35 and then I gave him a 10.00 coupon so he said ok so that makes it 84.35. I said you literally told me that price before the coupon he totally ignored me and walked off. Volkswagen is 100 and guaranteed for a year. Should have gone there but thought it would be cheaper obviously not. Not nice either totally ignore you the whole time and takes a lot longer than 10 minutes!!!! Only got an oil change. SHITY WIPER BLADES- $20 REALLY SHITY WIPER BLADES- $40 BASIC OIL CHANGE $55-75 Depending on how shit your car is! REALLY SHITY OIL CHANGE/ Synthetic $80-140 Yeah they use Castrol oil... CHEAP ASS AIR FILTER $20-30 depending if it's a car SHITY ASS AIR FILTER $40-60 depending if it is a Big ass truck or just a truck. And yes they use eco guard Make sure they top off the washer fluid and air up your tires too. Oh and on the way out, make sure you check underneath your car...skit plates are always an issue here. read more

So we came into this business for an oil change and the wind was blowing. One of the signs over the bay door has pulled the bolt from the wall and is hanging and blowing in the wind. As we enters the bay, the sign and bolt scraped across the top of my truck then the sign and bolt continued to hit the back of my truck over and over. I asked the service tech if he could remove the sign or even pull the bay door down a little to make it stop and he told me no he wouldn't do that. Another tech who was a female told me absolutely they would not fix the issue and started to laugh. I can't recommend a place that doesn't care if they are damaging your vehicle or have so little respect for the customers who bring there cars here. read more

I went and had my car inspected then went to take 5 to get the oil changed. I also had paid a mechanic the day before to give me a diagnosis. She said my car sounded great and that I had a small oil leak but we made arrangements to fix that wednesday. Anyways I pull in and they do it and then I start my car and take off and there was this awful knocking!! So I turned around and went back. They said it was nothing they did and told me to take it to a mechanic. I told him it didn't sound like that before and that I had just had it looked at and inspected right before I went there!! He made my 6 yr old son and me drive off. We made it about 3 miles and a horrific bang sound happened then it died! I had to push it out of the road myself! I called the mechanic and she came out and there it was! These idiots put oil in my raditor!! And my engine locked up!! Now i sit on the side of the road freezing with my son and they tell me to have my car towed and let them know where and they would get an apprasier to it when they could!! This is child abuse and bullshit!! I dont know whats gonna happen now!! I no longer have a vechile and i work in san angelo so i will lose my job now too!! n my raditor!! When I got there one guy told me there would be 25 to 30 min wait because he was leaving. I told him that would be fine. When it was my turn, i pulled my car into the garage and heard the guy at the bottom cussing like crazy because of my skid plates. He did not care I had my windows open listening to him cuss and complain about doing his job! This was the most unprofessional place I have ever been through. They were all complaining about working late and only getting paid $11 per hour. The chubby hispanic underneath my car that was cussing about my skid plates moved over to another car and let some other blonde white guy that was dressed in street clothes take off my skid plates. Hopefully he worked there. After they already had my skid plates off, they told ne they did not have my oil filter in stock! Thank god they did not do the oil change. I've been taking 4 vehicles here since they opened, I have always been treated so well. Today I was bringing in vehicle #1 of 4 to cycle through for oil changes. The "manager" , fat guy with bread and a bad attitude, was immediately rude from the moment I drove up. I've never seen the guy before so he has to be, but he needs to an ex employee fast before they lose too much more business. I feel sorry for the owner this guy is running people off. If I could give 0 stars I would! My husband was leaving from his rig to come home for a few days, so he went by there and got an oil change. Today while we were grocery shopping, his low oil indicator light came on. We had to buy some more oil to put in, he was a quart and a half low. They told him to crawl underneath his truck and send a pic. My husband is also a mechanic, and upon further inspection he found they did not tighten his oil filter thus causing him to loose oil. He called and spoke to the manager and the manager was very unprofessional. He told my husband to come back there , and even though said manager stated he was not a mechanic, that he would personally do the oil change. My husband stated why would he have the desire to go back to a place that couldn't do something as simple as an oil change correctly? He works in the oilfield, so there isn't much around there, but my fear was/is, what if he was heading back to the rig, in the desert, and something happened because they didn't know how to do their job??
