So.how about standing behind your employee, who possibly saved you a huge fine? The guy who had an issue with the cashier who threatened a physical altercation. He got the same generic response. Not an oh my gosh how horrible that you felt that way. A little acknowledgment goes a long way and customer relations. He gave the date and time of the occurrence and when the employees shift was over. I would NEVER ever want to patronize this location based on the "owner" responses. If I were to have an issue, definitely would not be heard or validated at this location. You lost a customer before I even walked through the.doors. I drive Lyft/Uber and vist Circle K 2-3.times a day. I will tell people to go to 16th St even though it's a smaller older Circle K.
