This Chevron is a part of a huge carwash operation. And unless you are wanting a carwash I would advise elsewhere. I got 50 cents a gallon off with a carwash, which was good as I was filling up, but the express carwash was $32 bucks... I saved ten to twelve bucks on the fuel but paid way to much for basically a drive through one pass speed wash? That I can get in my neighborhood gas station for about six bucks? Anyways, it was fuel and I filled my ride on a roadtrip through the area. Worst management ever! None of the gas pumps had operational credit card "pay at the pump" options. When I went inside to pay with people backed up nearly out the door, they had one cashier working with multiple employees inside and three empty registers. The cashier said the pumps had not been working for more than a week. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

I was in your location about an hour ago. I accidentally dropped my fountain drink (the cups are very flimsy) the cashier assumes it was intentional then pulls out a gun and points it at me tells me he's going to f*c*in kill me and "smoke" me. He then follows me outside and points the gun at me again and now my wife. She's recording with a gun 4 feet away from her face. We contacted Phoenix PD and filed a report. Please contact me as soon as possible to rectify this situation, your employee must have mental health issues if he almost killed me over a spilled soda. Check the security camera footage before you contact me. Pulled up to the gas station, walked inside the employee (black guy) was looking at me with a look to hurry up and get out. I approach the counter and asked him what number is my car parked at for fuel. He shrugged his shoulders and said he doesn't know. pulled in to use the bathroom, says its a 24 hour gas station but the bathrooms closed at 6pm ?! and the workers were too scared to open the bathroom because they would get written up.. I know the job probably pays the bills but come on, letting a customer use the bathroom shouldn't get anyone written up.. they were just there scared with their tails between their legs.. read more

You would think with premium gas prices you would be able to pay at the pump with out it freezing up. Going inside to talk to cashier you have to wait for the line to clear before going outside to be told it is better to pay inside they never work at the pump. The car wash is very reasonable prices. I signed up for the app to get discounts and they always come thru. The staff are always friendly. Wait time is usually minimal to go thru the car wash. So, message to owners keep doing what you do we'll and I'll keep coming back. I wash both my work vehicle and personal car here on a regular basis. read more

My friends and I usually make a bathroom stop here while in this part of town. The cashiers are always super nice, which makes this one of my preferred gas stations! Some of the drinks seem a bit pricey, but there are usually sales going on that allow you to buy multiple products for a cheaper price! The Dunkin Donuts inside is a plus! :) read more

This place had a melt down this morning and all the gas pumps shut off. The staff was inexperienced at how to handle large volumes of customers let alone customer service. I waited patiently for 15 min then walked back in to get my refund only to have the manager "mike " be rude , unprofessional and can't count. Horrible experience. I Came in thinking i would get a quick car wash nothing else. A sales man convinced me of getting my seats and interior shampooed and washed and them needing it i said yes. I asked how long it would take, he said "Should not take longer than 45 minutes". Approximately 2 and a half hour later, my car was still not washed. And they had barely finished the inside of my car. While the inside of my car did and does look amazing thanks to them, i find the fact it took almost three times as long as i was quoted very unprofessional. When i asked to make sure there wasnt a mistake and that my car had been cleaned, they told me it had. I went to look at my car and there was still bugs there from when i had gotten there so it had clearly not been cleaned, the wheels also still had mud and dirt on them. I asked again to make sure if they had cleaned it and they said yes, when i pointed these issues out they did have the Manger Jose offer to "rewash" the car, but seeing as how i did waste a good two hours, almost 3 of my day there i then left and refused it. As i said they did a very good job on the cleaning, what was done to the seats, but as for the rest i would not recommend going unless you have a long time to wait. read more
