They can be very persistent when trying to make a sale. During one visit, a vendor referred to me as "Mexican." While I wasn't personally offended, I would prefer to be addressed more professionally, such as "ma'am" or simply as a customer. The service at Victoria's Secret is always excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they consistently have a great selection of clothing and perfumes that I enjoy. Overall, it's a nice mall with a good variety of stores and shopping opportunities.

As a result, I ended up waiting an additional 30-40 minutes because I was told they needed to make more pizzas. This completely defeats the purpose of calling in an order ahead of time for pickup. I think the pizza pickup process could be improved. One possible solution would be to dedicate the pickup window exclusively to phone-in orders, while pizzas ordered at the registers could be called out by order number from the main register area when they're ready. This would help keep the lines organized, reduce confusion, and prevent customers from arguing over whose pizza should be handed out first. The pizza is great, but the pickup system definitely needs some improvement to make the experience smoother and more efficient for everyone.

The service has been on point and I can usually find someone to ask and they gladly tell me where the product is located in the store. The store is huge, offering many items, focused on Korean goods but other products are available as well. They have an on-premise "food court" like cafe at the entrance of the store, as well as a deli section in the back of the store for more prepared foods to take home, like fried chicken, kimbap, bibimbap, etc. They have an extensive produce, meat sections and a variety of Korean specific products are available, from frozen foods, refrigerated prepared, ramen, snacks, cosmetics and the Basquia Bakery. However, I noticed that some of the things they sold when they first opened are no longer available and could be due to lack of interest or import cost. (this was also true when they first opened their Sunnyvale location). Their prices are comparable to other Korean stores I've visited, since they offer many of the same items, but I noticed there are items may be higher priced than the other locations. I also noticed they have some items that are not sold at other stores and for this reason, I keep coming back. Overall, it is a super convenient Asian themed market in the area. The other option would be to go to Ranch 99 or the newly opened Osaka Marketplace, both in Foster City or drive to Sunnyvale/Santa Clara.

I got my receipt and drink, sat down and waited for my order to be ready. Two more set of customers came after us. Now, those customers got their orders ahead of ours. Looked at the time I put in my order and I've been waiting for more that 20 mins for my fries to be ready. I came up and asked what's taking so long and when is my order going to be ready. He said it's coming, and so I told him I've been waiting for almost 30 mins now at that time and I only ordered fries while those other customers after me got their orders already (I know this because they were sitting next to me). He then told me that they only ordered drinks that's why they got theirs quicker. So I then said they also order fries and corndog. The guy and the girl next to him was in no way going to be told their service was slow, inefficient and not only that looked clueless on what they're actually doing so I stopped arguing. After a few more minutes, they finally finished my order and also about to hand me a drink in which I told them I already got it when I ordered and paid earlier, confused look followed. The large fries I had is in a large container with a paper that holds the fries. I lifted it and I was bamboozled because that paper was tiny compared to the container it's placed in, so you get less amount of what was actually supposed to be LARGE! The cheddar cheese powder was overwhelming, and they need to do some fries:cheese powder ratio adjustment because it was salty and overpowering. I get that this business wanted to be different in this food court, but if you continue with this service and mentality then you will lose customers. I have had flavored fries before, and this does not compare. They need to re-evaluate their customer service, how they need to be prompt with their orders, listen to their customers, and how to make what's in their menu.
