Fast and friendly service! I orders a pico de gallo without cucumbers and chamoy with no problems. Fruit was sweet and fresh

Came here over The Weeknd for lunch. Service: The owner was there taking orders. He was very engaged and knowledgeable about the menu Atmosphere: The inside is pretty big. They have a couple tables to dine in. Lots of giant menus on the wall. I initially looked this place up on Yelp and thought it was a taco shop from the reviews. They no longer serve tacos. Food: we both ordered the chicken breast sandwich. It was good. Good portions and the chicken was seasoned very well. I will be back to try some more things on the menu.

fly in food

First off, the cashier was rude and seemed visibly upset when we came in, and later while eating we came to find a fly in our tostilocos, bad service and worse food!

Açaí bowl. Nice and creamy and very very cold.

Riquísimo el Açaí bowl. My kids love their diablitos and fruit salads. Super friendly girl who took my phone order. Place is nice and clean. Thank you! I live near by, so I'll be a frequent buyer.

This is supposed to be pineapple but it tasted more like candied oranges. The fruit was orange and it didn't taste natural.

I've been to this place a few times and have been impressed by their fruit smoothies and their chamangos. The place is a bit pricey however and they charge a .99 fee to use your card so bring cash. My first gripe with this place is that they rarely have the walnut flavor. I had been here 3 times and they first didn't have ice and then the last two times they didn't have the walnut flavor cause they were "cooking" it. So I opted for the chamango which I will say is incredibly tasty and the reason behind the 3 stars and not a 1. The pineapple flavored raspado tasted like orange and was incredibly sweet. Id say unbearably sweet. The walnut one was also very sweet but didn't taste like walnut at all. It tasted like milk and sugar. Another complaint I have with this place is that their plastic lids pop off easily and leaks when they top off the cups. You'd think that with all those debit surcharges, they would get better cups. I saw a young woman spill her chamango all over her car and I've made a mess on my cup holder in my car. It happens all the time that my boyfriend and I joke that there is a curse on the cups. Anyways, the raspados aren't it but their chamango is amazing. Order with no chaca chaca and light chamoy and it's bliss. This order was 19 dollars (for 2 raspados with lechera).

Fresas con crema

Hi y'all! I just wanted to warn against the Fresas con Crema from this place. I am not super picky and I don't leave reviews but this place has very little crema which is runny and gross, plus tasteless fresas.. I requested extra cream instead of granola and when it wasn't on there I asked for some more cream and was met with automatic rude customer service and expensive, non-consumer friendly prices($3 for a tiny bit extra cream). i don't see myself coming here again I suggest going to a taqueria 5 min away on imperial/federal ave alongside the trolley tracks, next to the barrel shaped taqueria for THE BEST fresas con crema $6.99! I went here previously to here but they were sold out of rip! good luck!

They don't serve TJ tacos anymore which was a huge draw to come here. It's unfortunate because thats what separated them from other places.

But to my great surprise this was different waaay different. I had the Aporreado which is like machaca con huevo with beans and Mexican rice. It was EXCELLENT. Very tasty although just a tad bit salty. The beans were delicious and you could tell the were not canned. Real refried beans. Yummy! And the tortillas!! They were not those flimsy cornmeal tortillas, they were authentic tortillas de maize. Handmaid while I waited for the order. Delicious. While I was waiting for my order the gentleman I talked to said they had taken over the restaurant 5 months ago. So new owners. If you're in the area of Paradise Valley Road or Spring Valley area you should definitely give this little place a try. I will definitely be back and next time with friends.

I got the mole with beans and rice, the chicken was so tender and the mole was so rich flavorful and perfectly spicy. But the beans somehow became the best thing I ate in a long time, best refried beans I've ever had in my life!!!! And the agua de piña was so good. This restaurant and the chef's cooking is incredibly special I highly recommend!!
