They didn't have a few things that I normally get from my other Trader Joe's, so that was very disappointing, but the store was well stocked. I would go back if I was in the area.

It carried trendy new…read morefoods and gourmet-ish showy stuff so it was the soccer mom's version of the old organic co-ops and hippie health food stores. People used to read the Joe cartoons and think it was novel, lol. Soon, alternative-type grocery stores were en vogue, and that trend lives today. Staff is professional, not smartarse like Media TJ's. They work hard, and products are thoughtfully made, with consideration for food politics, and TJ's always comes in at an attractive price. This store is always clean, organized, and promptly being stocked. It's always insanely busy and customers are selfish and pushy. I've seen stock put out and grabbed from the hands of employees, until nothing's left. People are d!cks in line, too. No courtesy to others ahead of you if a new line opens. Acme customers have better manners. But this happens at the Media and Concord TJ's stores too. In decades of TJ's experience, most TJ's customers in the Philly area are pretentious a-holes and for this reason, I go as seldom as possible. Then again, WF customers overlap and pretty much suck too. Something about alternative supermarkets brings out the worst in people (or locals are just the worst people). Gateway is a NIGHTMARE with parking pretty much all the time. The weird exit where you snake through the end of the center and wait in line for 10minutes to make any left, my God! Could they not have figured out any other way to merge with the 202 off ramp? Even a 5 points down there by the exit would make better sense. Off ramp drivers are already dangerous and stupid there, and there is NEVER any shortage of selfish local men in designer cars cutting off EVERYONE. Yes, it's normally men here... it's women on 30. The parking lot is a dumpster fire!

Bb's Grocery Outlet in Schaeferstown PA is a discounted supermarket. The store offers home goods,…read morehealth and beauty, dairy, frozen products, fresh produce and so much more. One aspect of Bb's I love is that you are getting name brand items like Weight Watchers and Gatorade for half the price. For example, the last time I went to Bb's I bought two boxes of Weight Watchers protein bars for two for a dollar, that's a steal. In addition, the store has a walk in fridge and freezer that offers a variety of products. They offer not only sliced cheese and deli meat but the whole block/roll for a decent price. Furthermore, Bb's has a wide selection of vitamins that include gummies and pills. They offer vitamins for every age group at half the price than the average supermarket.        One insider tip I would recommend to anyone going to Bb's is to make sure you look at the expiration date, because sometimes the items could be expired, but other than that Bb's is an amazing store. In addition, I would recommend spending at least one hour at the store so that you are able to look through all of the products that Bb's offer because it's a lot.        Also, when checking out you can either bag your groceries in plastic or they offer boxes for you to use. All of the workers are very sweet and polite and they also keep the store very clean.        To sum it all up, if you are looking or want to try something new you should definitely go to Bb's Grocery Outlet, because you will not be disappointed with all of the good items you receive. I will definitely be coming back to Bb's when I am in the area again.

Luckily, I had an event close to Lancaster that allowed me to make this quick stop to check this place out. It's located next to a Disney outlet store, too! Pepperidge Farm is a classic snack staple in many households, and I was really excited to see what offerings and discounts they had. They had gift baskets, bulk items, discounted Goldfish crackers, cookies and more! My favorite area was the freezer section, where they had puff pastry sheets in bulk (at a fairly good discount), frozen soups, lasagnas, and more. If you end up purchasing their Pepperidge Farm reusable bag and bring it back for future purchases, you get 15% off each time (on top of all discounts). There's plenty of good deals here, as I maybe got about 5 boxes of puff pastry sheets and 5 bags of cookies + goldfish for about $35! The staff here are super friendly and show you around, and there's a lot of interesting flavors and even gift baskets for people to check out. As you walk around, you forget that Pepperidge Farm also makes things like stuffing, bread, and other items. Everything is neatly placed, and it's super relaxing to walk around and browse everything. Check it out if you can!
