Upon first walking in, there are shopping carts outside where you have to insert a quarter to use. (I later found this out, after struggling with the shopping carts and giving up when they wouldn't unchain.) Once inside, this place is a maze. Aisles filled with crackers, cereal, nuts, produce, meat, dairy, canned goods and even seasonal goods (non-edible). I was awestruck and super excited at the same time. Since we didn't have a cart and no bags, I had to keep my first shopping trip to what I could carry. (I purchased the said cereal, a bottled coffee drink, and some dried cherries - all for under $10.) I couldn't wait to come back and finally did with a shopping bag in tow. This time I grabbed chocolate, more bottled coffee drinks, chips, multiple gourmet cheeses, more dried cherries and fresh blueberries. All of this for a steal! (Think a large container of blueberries for $0.99 and a bag of chips for $1.79.) Oh boy, I'm in love. Truly, madly, deeply in love with this store. I can't wait to come back and see what else I'll find next time. They better open one of these up in my hometown!

Was given a bowl that was frozen solid as a hockey puck. I told the cashier I can't eat this and asked for a smoothie instead. She tried to charge me for the smoothie! I told her I wanted to exchange it, and when she said no, I told her to return the bowl then. Nope. Wouldn't. Horrible customer service. When the bowl finally thawed an hour later I had to eat it at my desk and it was mediocre. Won't return.

The ones who helped me today were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. It's a very rainy and gloomy day. I appreciate the worked so much who came outside to offer me a new candle after I dropped and shattered mine in the parking lot. I told her "no Thankyou" because I can still use the wax. I'm very thankful for the understanding employees here.

She was always on time, never missed a day of work. The only explanation was that she had given a customer a discount which was clearly stated in their flyer. No wonder they can't keep employees.
