Room was clean, along with the linens, the staff was turning other rooms while we were checking in, which demonstrates the focus on cleanliness and care. During my stay, I encountered issues with the front desk girl Destiny. Instead of resolving my concerns, Destiny seemed confrontational and did not provide the assistance I needed. This lack of professionalism made my experience even more frustrating. Given my prior visits, I had hoped for better service. However, after this experience, I will not be returning. They don't clean rooms and watch out for bed bugs. I recommend considering other accommodations, as there are far better options available.

We reserved online, checked in early, they settled us in early so we had a little extra time to soak which was awesome after a long day on the Payette River rafting. In the private tubs clothing is optional so any services received for food or drink are quietly delivered through a rotating lazy Susan built into the wall for no sight/touch service.
