This is a small, family owned, frozen yogurt place. It's clean, simple, organized and laid out well. They have a great array of flavors and toppings selection is first rate. They even have an ice cold, filtered water, dispenser. The woman behind the counter is always pleasant and helpful and smiles when I come in. You pay me the ounce and what I get usually costs me about seven dollars. It's nice and cool inside the building and it's always been a pleasant experience for me. I enjoy this place and have for many years. Simple, clean, inexpensive, friendly staff and great flavor choices. What more could one ask for? read more

I love this little shop! Whenever I'm craving an easy dessert, we come to Froyo Zone. They have this dulche leche flavor that is my favorite frozen yogurt, but they also have a bunch of sherbets that all have a lot of flavor. But the real reason we're here is for the toppings, let's be real. And the fruit, candy, and sauces hit all of the right notes. Be prepared to spend about $7-10 per cup because they charge by weight and I think it's a tremendous value. read more

This is the best frozen yogurt in the area. Hands down. They always have an amazing selection of flavors for anyone's taste. A phenomenal array of toppings, and customer service have never been an issue. The prices are unbeatable for the quality, and the store is very clean. This place will beat any large Froyo corporations out there. The best part is that my wife's and my favorite boba place ( Boba Chic) Is in with Froyo zone. Average Froyo shop. The woman working was slouched over, leaning against the window watching a video on her phone. She gave us a half hearted hello and went back to her show. I tried three different fruit flavors and they were all out. This was when The temperature was still in the 90s so Froyo was definitely needed. Once finished we waited at the register for the employee to find a good stopping place on her show so she could ring us up. Her mannerisms were curt and not very enjoyable. The tables were not the cleanest and we had to wipe ours down. The texture of the Froyo was different than average. I didn't mind this and quite enjoyed the texture. It seemed a little more frozen and held its shape longer than the average. read more

We love fro-yo. This place is great for selection, and toppings. Also they are open a little later than most. As for price per oz, it isn't horrible either. If I could give less than one star I would. Honestly, I'm glad I ended up not getting anything from them because the place didn't smell very clean when we walked in. First of all, the door and website say they close at 10 pm. So, we walked in and when we did the lady working gave us the nastiest look in the world. We asked if they were open and she said no. At this point it was only 9 pm. She tried to say they changed back to their normal hours. I told her they should change the hours on the door if they are different to prevent confusion and she rolled her eyes. This was the worst customer service I've ever come across here. I will not return and I will tell all my friends in the area that this is NOT the place to go. Also, the smell was so bad!!! I'm not sure if some of the fruit or toppings were no longer good or if something was molding but when we walked in and she was putting toppings away and moving stuff around we got a whiff off some pretty rank smells. Clean up your store, improve your customer service and don't change the hours because you don't feel like staying. Horrible. read more

It's no Pinkberry. I'm a regular at Pinkberry and I've even been to Yogurtland which Froyo Zone more closely resembles in its "immitation" but has even less to offer in terms of flavors than Yogurtland. Why is it that the knock-offs can never immitate the success of the originals? Like Yogurtland this is a self-serve "pay-by-weight" which means they give you a ginormous, gluttonous-sized cup to trick you into filling it all up with their low-cal froyo and then gob on as many toppings as you want. I only filled my cup about half full and it was more than enough. This location is only blocks away from my house which is convenient but honestly, when I am in the mood for good frozen yogurt I'll be making the trip back to Pinkberry. It's still the best and worth the drive. read more

Decent froyo place with a pretty good selection of flavors. I went with the tart and thought it was pretty good. The consistency was a bit icier than other places, but still creamy (and I actually prefer that). The tart was tart, how I like it. And, the mango was not too sweet. I, too, am a Pinkberry Girl. I am turned off by the Gluttony that these "Self Serve" yogurt places seem to encourage. Also, comparing the quality of the yogurt itself... Meh. There are "creative" or "fun" flavors, but they all seem to be lacking something. Flavor? Quality? Something... The smallest cup is about a PINT, which is just ridiculous. The toppings, again compared to Pinkberry, leave much to be desired. The mango was hard and light yellow. Yuck. probably one of my least favorite froyo places in the denver area. the facility didn't seem very clean and looked outdated. the spoons and cups were very cheep. the froyo was watery and the toppings were stale. worst of all, the pricing was outrageous. one cup was $14. insane. and they didn't give any tasting cups due to "COVID." which is definitely an excuse bc many other places offer tastings. go somewhere else for a froyo fix. read more

Took a trip to FroYo Zone this afternoon with a co-worker for a midday work snack - it was awesome! We were greeted by a friendly employee at the door, and picked up some taster cups on our way in. We had a good time trying out flavors we hadn't had before (I was really impressed by how tasty the caramel flavor was) and made up our cups of deliciousness! The toppings bar was standard - except I totally made a mess with the sprinkle shaker. After a quick weigh in, I paid for my yogurt and was on my way. I overheard the employee at the counter explain to a customer how the process works in a friendly manner. So even folks who haven't been to a froyo joint before can feel comfortable coming here :) The only thing I would suggest is offering the taster cups at the door - I knew to take them, but that's because I just love froyo. read more

Multiple frozen yogurt flavors that are complimented with whatever extra goodies you can think of ( fruit, cereal, candy, etc.) I have never been to another frozen yogurt place so I don't know what to compare it to but I like this place. They give you little cups so you can try the flavors first before buying. They do a great job curbing my sweet tooth. read more

A friend took me here and I prepared a cup of almost every flavor to try them all and I couldn't even eat it all because the yogurt was bland and tasted like chemicals. The only way to make it palatable is to drown it in syrups and toppings. Thin Europeans who eat amazing gelato and other rich desserts would be horrified to taste this. And a cup of these "dessert" will cost $5-$6 bucks! Seriously if you want to lose weight, avoid sugar altogether as this fat-free crap will just turn to body fat because of all the sugar. If you're going to splurge do it on something worth splurging on--like a high quality ice cream from the grocery store. Froyo... so yummy like any other place. Location good. Building clean. Tables clean. It may just be the building but it's terribly echoey. Staff says hello when you walk in but just glares at customers. Paying they seem kinda snobby. I'd return simply due to the distance Lakewood does have to many frozen yogurt places. I have tried many of the local self-serve froyo joints of late in Lakewood and this one by far was the best! The texture of the yogurt is much more creamy than that of it's neighbor, Zinga. The choice of toppings plentiful from fresh fruit to candy to brownies- you are sure to find something you'll like! I had the Dulce La Leche and it was very creamy and not overly sweet. Really enjoyed this place and do plan to come back. Cake Batter was a HUGE hit with the kids (and DH). My son, also quite enjoyed the mango and the ability to add extra mangoes was over the top for him. We'll definitely be back! read more
