This spot was great for satisfying a late-night sweets craving. The froyo was really delicious -- I got the Dutch chocolate with an insane amount of toppings. Despite the amalgamation being quite horrifying to look at, it was absolutely delicious. I love the variety of flavors and toppings they had. Not only was the froyo great, but the guy working there was very kind. Service was great and he was helpful, as it was our first time in. I also think it's great they offer fun "games" on certain days of the week. On Mondays, they offer a "guess the weight" challenge, where you can get a free yogurt if you guess the weight correctly. Man, do we love Froyo!! Any of these places in Spokane are worth your time to visit. The fare is pretty typical and predictable but I'm not sure how they'd distinguish themselves since there are only so many things you can do. I'm happy that they're open in the age of the 'Rona but I'm not happy that we cannot make our own here right now. Staff will add the toppings you want but it's not as much fun as it used to be. We had just finished up a birthday party at a trampoline park nearby and wanted to end w/some frozen yogurt and presents. So about 10 kids and 10 adults headed to Froyo. The employee Sydney was so helpful and accommodating. This particular location had plenty of seats to accommodate such a large group and the frozen yogurt options ranged from dairy to non-dairy products. I sampled several flavors and all tasted delicious. My husband had the candy apple frozen yogurt w/caramel sauce topping & I had the chocolate mixed w/a hint of cake batter frozen yogurt, topped w/some cookie dough, maraschino cherries, dark chocolate raspberry candies and hot fudge. Yum!!! Everyone in the group gathered to eat frozen yogurt and open presents. We stayed for appr 1-2 hrs. The only thing I would have done differently was bring my own bottled waters for my large group bc there was no water to drink or purchase. I'd recommend this Froyo location to anyone else wanting to enjoy some frozen yogurt in a large or small group as well; it was clean, accommodating, and had a great frozen yogurt and topping selection. Five stars alone for my wife finally finding frozen yogurt she likes. She has literally NEVER liked frozen yogurt before, ANYWHERE. As for the rest of us. Flavors are fun, sometimes unique, but always enjoyable. The toppings bar is very diverse and always kept neat. And the employees are always friendly, moving around with the patrons and making sure everyone is enjoying what they got. They also keep busy keeping the place clean. The seating inside, which is very often full, is very comfortable, and the decor inside is fun as well. Prices are pretty reasonable. Overall, this is just a great dessert option. Had a sweet tooth on a Friday evening. Decided to come here to curb that. The selection of yogurts they had were great, they have the yogurts marked whether they are fat free, gluten free, dairy free etc. We have been cutting back on the sugar intake so we're looking for sugar free or no sugar added. There wasn't a whole selection of these. 2 yogurts fit this category. I ended up getting the cheesecake, and let me tell you, it was SO GOOD! I topped it with the strawberries and almonds, it was such a delight! It was fairly busy this night but luckily we were able to snag an outside chair. I grew up in the valley, and while I generally don't miss ol' Spokane (local politics, cold weather, etc.), a recent visit home and a trip to Froyo Earth may have just changed my mind! My parents rave about the place, which is a few minutes away from their house, and they go at least once a week for a (relatively) diet-friendly snack before watching the Zags games. Ok, soft-serve with goodies, sounds good enough, we have a few places like that here in Tucson and they're a nice occasional treat, but nothing worth drooling over. When my folks took my husband and I there to try it out, we were definitely impressed! Lots of flavors to choose from, either separately or auto-swirled (cool!) and about a bazillion toppings. Healthiness be damned, I tried vanilla and chocolate fro yo with cheesecake bits, crushed Oreos, and chocolate sprinkles. Ohhhh man, to say it was awesome would be a MAJOR understatement! And then, just when I thought it couldn't get any better, their website says that they now serve a "Maple Bacon Doughnut" flavor. Went to froyo earth with my son, daughterinlaw and wife. froyo tasted good. When my wife got hers they overcharged. We sat down and my wife paid 10 bucks for a small container. Obviously at least double the cost. The manager said she couldn't fix it and besides, some toppings are heavier. Not happy with the response. Then the senior person on site could not fix it either. They got the owner on the phone and still no fix. My wife said let me talk to her.....they then finally gave her 5 bucks back. Now her frolic was melted. Just a really bad experience. read more

Several people came and left and she never greeted any of them, just took payment.
