My girlfriend saw something in the window and wanted to check it out, so we did. Styles and clothing was nice...very nice. She tried on jeans and a t-shirt both for which looked like they were made for her. The owner wasn't there but the person minding the store was very helpful....providing a ton of suggestions and comments about fit and sizes and alternatives within the store...which is tiny by the way. In the end, she bought a t-shirt and jeans and was very happy with her purchase which came to around a little less than $130....which for 2 items is a bit much, but considering how they looked on her...well worth it.

So whether you're looking for something that you forgot, or you're just looking for some cute pieces to wear, I highly suggest popping in here

I sadly had a very dishonest shopping experience at this boutique. I asked to try on the dress on…read moredisplay as it was the last with a floral pattern. The owner asked me to try on a similar dress on the floor as it would be difficult to take off the manikin (but that she would take it off for purchase). I tried it on the one on the floor but again, let her know that I did not like the pattern of this one and wanted to purchase the one on display. She said she would take it off the manikin and hold it for me behind the counter. She bagged while I talked to my friend. I returned home to San Diego and opened the bag to find that she had not given me the one off the manikin as agreed. She knew we were from out-of-town and that I would not have purchased the dress she sent me home with. There are so many bohemian import stores in the area with good customer service, who would never try and pull something like this (even with a perceived tourist). It's sad to see this in a small business, and such 'small ethic' in human interaction in general.
