The food here is good if you're not looking to get a serious meal. There's a pretty good selection for coffee shop baked goods. There's staff were slammed with customers, so we did have a significant wait to get our food. The place had a fun atmosphere, with outside seating and indoor garage-type seating. As far as gluten free food, there's a pretty limited amount of baked goods to eat. You can try your luck with the food trucks outside, but beware that they're pretty pricey. The Hawaiian food truck had nachos that were super disappointing gf (but I won't hold it against Frothy for this review). Not a bad place to relax, and they were accommodating to a large group. Their cider and beer list was pretty decent too. Minus one star for the limited gluten free options and the wait. Staff were very friendly though so I don't want that going unmentioned. read more

We spent most of the day yesterday at FM starting with coffees while meeting with friends and family. The staff always remembers what we drink and how we like our coffee/tea! This was a nice find! The inside is very trendy and welcoming. You can enjoy coffee and a doughnut or a cold draft with something from the visiting food truck. Outside seating offers high tops with plenty of outlets to charge phones, picnic tables, and Adirondack chairs in several sections if that's your vibe! Stopped in the other say for St. Patrick's day weekend fun. I had a lucky charms latte and my husband had a few sweet lily beers. I also had a root beer. They make the root beer in house and it is so good! I also do love their coffee drinks. This is still a few brewery/coffee shop. Frothy Moon is a best kept not so secret brewery. And they have plenty of non alcoholic options. The coffee, chai, and refreshers make them a great family friendly welcoming option. Their rotation of diverse cultural food trucks and family friendly activities make them a great stop when you're visiting CW or just looking for a chill afternoon hangout warding off the Sunday scaries. The beer-istas are super knowledgeable about their beers. They have a great red, some hoppy ipa's and good selection of lighter ciders and a sour. You can also take almost all of their options to go. During the summer their outdoor area is wonderful. Put-put, cornhole etc... in cooler months they have their space domes which are a great way to have a romantic date night or just something different to do with the family. Unlike other breweries they do not allow dogs inside, but have plenty of dog friendly spaces outside. Even when they are busy there's usually always a place to sit. read more

Had such a good time at this brewery. We were greeted immediately upon entering. We got there and were surprised that there weren't too many customers. My husband and daughters all chose different bears. I decided to try their seasonal coffee (strawberry shortcake) and was thrilled with my choice. My husband enjoyed his choice (Irish red) so much that we decided to buy a six pack to take home. On Fridays they have different six packs on sale for $10. Awesome spot. We were from out of town visiting for the weekend. It was a cold day but it looked like they had a huge outdoor covered patio. The inside seating was spacious but crowded. Of course, for the colder days, there is plenty of seating indoors. The space theme runs throughout. Personally one of my fav breweries in Williamsburg. My boyfriend enjoys the beer, I love the coffee bar and their specials that change depending on month or event. They have mimosas and a cider as other alcoholic options aside from beer. They also have root beer and refreshers that can be customized to your liking. Such a great ambiance and is family friendly. After weeks of waiting, I am so excited that they are finally open! The exterior has some great spaces; unfortunately, it was raining and cold on the day that I visited and couldn't enjoy those spaces. But I can't wait for a nicer day! The interior is fairly dark and austere: the floor and walls are dark grey and the ceiling is black. The walls are largely unadorned, but there is some artwork on one wall. Hopeful there is more to come; I visited on what was only their third day open, so I am certain that the space will evolve. The staff were friendly and helpful. At this point in time , they only have a few wrapped baked goods available at the counter. I hope that they some day add breakfast sandwiches or warm meals! The coffee is sourced from Aromas, so you know that it is good stuff. My coffee was of the quality that I expect from the downtown location. I'm really looking forward to return later in a day when it is more socially acceptable to have a beer! They have lots of power outlets around the seating area, and apparently the Wi-Fi is available outside, as well, so I can't wait to do some work from "home" at my new "satellite office"! What a great little brewery right outside of Jamestown! The beer is great, very light and bright and refreshing on a hot day. The staff is great, very attentive and friendly at the bar. And also they need glasses instead of plastic cups like I'm a 5 year old that might break a glass. I tried the coffee and it was fine but I'm not a huge coffee person. I wish they had sangria instead of prosecco. I think they have cider. I kind of scratch my head that they have these garage doors that open and face the road which is right there. I just had the rudest interaction with the owner of this place. I'm from out of town and was visiting Jamestown with my two little kids. We stopped in to get an iced latte. The barista made me a hot latte which was a little frustrating since it was in the 80's outside and I was really hot, hence the reason I wanted to stop. I didn't complain though and took the drink. When I got to the car a man walked up to me and told me I wasn't aloud to park here. (In the employee parking area, literally within 5 feet of the "other" parking lot. (Also, right next to his truck.). He said, "You SHOULD be able to see a stop sign." When I told him it was confusing because there were several cars parked there and I had had a long day, he replied back very rudely stating that it's scary I didn't see the stop sign, especially since I have kids in the car. He also told me (for the second tome) that he owned the place. Not necessarily something I would be bragging about to someone who has never been in there before and considering, how rude he was, but it was clear he wanted me to know I was wayyy out of my place because I parked on the "wrong" side of the tree. I don't know why any owner would be so rude to a customer for accidentally parking a little closer to the building near a line of other cards. I'm guessing they were employee cars since he said he could park there because he was the owner. I would definitely not recommend this place simply because of how rude the owner is and how condescending he spoke to me in front of my kids. read more
