If there was truly truth in advertising, then this spot should be renamed "Average Brew Pub Serves Nachos". But, maybe that took up too much signage space. We came for a weeknight dinner and beer. Not too late. Maybe 6-ish at the latest and not a lot of people around. However, the entire front of the house was operated by one person. Host, waiter and bartender. When we arrived there were a few folks watching games at the bar and two tables. Us and a young family. Later it got a bit more crowded but the poor guy was juggling everything and doing it poorly. While the nachos were above average and the beer was beer, the service was abysmal. I'll try it again, but if they can't keep or afford staff, I'm a nope for a repeat of the experience. If you see one poor guy doing everything, get ready for a LONG wait. In fact, order another beer. read more

Good selection of cold drafts. Friendly service. Food was meh-I had fish (fried cod) tacos that were nothing to write home about. The big downside was the Karaoke was cranked up to a volume that brought bleeding to the ears. A group of underage kids were in this Friday evening screaming in the microphone ad nauseum. read more

Ok little brew house / bar. Drinks and beers were good. Food was typical average bar food. Was not impressed with the coconut shrimp. But appetizers were good. Chili Queso and jalapeño poppers were good. Lots of games inside to play which was fun plus cornhole on the side patio. read more

For a small town brewery we enjoyed it tremendously. The ambiance was nice with a Mexican decor We stopped by to relax after some shopping. The beer choices were great, our friends loved their beers. The owner apparently makes a very nice orange crush, my husband had two. Our nachos were good, could have been a little warmer but no complaints. A definitely revisit. My girlfriend and I stopped here during a day trip in Kilmarnock. The restaurant itself is set up pretty cool, they have a stage for stand up comedy and karaoke, which looks like it would be a great time. The bar sits right in the middle and the whole restaurant is very colorful and vibrant. My favorite part though, was the hot sauce wall. This is absolutely genius on their part. It gives the customer the ability to put whatever hot sauce they want on their meal. Great Idea!!We decided we were in the mood for some appetizers so we tried four different types. To start, the mozzarella sticks were okay. Not a good cheese pull on them but still had a decent flavor. Just tasted like frozen mozzarella sticks. I wish they gave more for how much they were. The pretzel bites were pretty dang good. The cheese it came with was clearly processed cheese goo, but hey, it still tasted pretty good. The pretzels were airy with a slight crunch on the outside. The salt on them paired well with the bitterness of the cheese sauce. Next, the chips and guacamole were okay at best. The chips that they use here are not your typical tortilla chips. Or at least, they didn't taste like it at all. Almost like a white corn tortilla chip. Kind of like those blue corn tortilla chips. Now this isn't a terrible thing because at first, you don't mind the taste but then flavor fatigue sets in and it becomes hard to keep eating them. The guacamole was decent. Nothing super special. I wish it had a little more spice and those veggies on top were mixed in. As for the nachos, they were really good until you took more than 5 bites. The processed cheese and canned meat on top make it so that you can feel your chest clogging up when you eat it. In my opinion, that's what nachos should do! There was so much cheese and processed meat that it really was super good at first. And then you realize what you're eating and you start to regret it. Overall, I know I got appetizers but the quality of the food was not good, the quantity was respectable and pricing was meh. Lastly, the service was spectacular, our waitress kept refills coming and was super nice to us. She was able to answer any questions we had. The food came out in like 13 minutes, which isn't too terrible considering we got 4 appetizers. I think this is a good spot to come get drinks and watch a show, so for that reason I think you should come by and try it yourself. read more

Nacho Average Brewpub doesn't even sniff average. My entire experience was so far below average it was ridiculous. The overpriced food was garbage. The $4 chips and salsa, that normally are free at even the most mediocre Mexican restaurants,were a pathetic single layer of broken, generic chips on a tray with a small bowl of salsa you'd find at any grocery store. The 3 chicken tacos for $15 were devoid of flavor or quality ingredients. The chicken was rubbery and the flour tortillas were cold and hard. You would have to work to produce a less enjoyable and less inspired offering. With the trifecta of taco trash, I received some more tortilla crumbs but no salsa. What made this meal even more appalling was the service. We placed a couple of beer and coke orders that took the lone, unenthused waitress over 10 minutes to deliver to the table and no, she was not busy at all...just disinterested in performing a base level of waitressing duties. Halfway through my beer, anticipating more deplorable service, I ordered another round. I watched with mounting frustration as our "server" chatted with the owner, stood around, and 10+ minutes later, delivered them to our table. While trying to get her attention so we could pay this culinary ransom, we watched her put on a sweatshirt, clutch several cups of sodas to her chest and scamper out the back door. As we signaled desperately to get her attention, she saw us, said "Yes Ma'am" and proceeded to close the door and get in a car in the back parking lot...clearly making a fast getaway after we had been tricked into dining at this abysmal establishment. This restaurant charges outrageous prices for the most pathetic food you could imagine. I'm sure there will be many that ignore my warning but mark my words, you will be sorry. This restaurant is an insult to restaurants and the service and quality of food is an insult to diners and patrons. read more

There were 10 of us that tried this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised! The service was great and very attentive. The portions were HUGE. It had a fun atmosphere.
