The ice cream was fresh, tasted delicious, with several flavors to pick from. The workers suggested delicious flavors that were the most popular. Their suggestions were on point. The prices were perfect as a good value for the scoops given. I had a waffle cone with black cherry and Mackinac Island fudge. My niece really enjoyed her fudge sundae. She ate it so quick we offered her another scoop. To her it was just realllllly good (and she was full off of the portion). I had the Black Cherry ice cream - HIGHLY RECOMMEND- for it had big chunks of black cherries and a nice mild cherry flavor for the base. It was rich and creamy. Mackinac Island Fudge is also highly noteworthy. It has a velvety vanilla base with thick fudge swirls that will even stick out in a scoop from the generous portions. It pairs perfectly with the Black Cherry. The workers mentioned it is very popular. Cleanliness The floor was even clean even though it was super busy. They used clean scoopers for the ice cream. The workers appeared to follow all food safety guidelines (and go above for cleanliness). They took extra time to wear gloves and go above and beyond for our peanut allergy person. They ensured an excellent experience with their steadfast inspection of ingredients. This resulted in her enjoying her ice cream without a reaction.
