We ordered a medium cup of pudding, with a little of each of their three flavors. I was still nervous to eat it because I was already close to my carb limit after dinner, and only a few more carbs could kick me out of ketosis. However, once I tried a bite, I devoured the pudding, and figured I'd just deal with any consequences later. When I got home, I did a test and confirmed I was still in ketosis.
