But this McDonald's stood out to me today. I had ordered my food through the mobile app for counter pickup. They had my order ready at the counter before I walked in but when I gave them my name the employee looked stunned and said some random guy just took it. The manager overheard and they were both very apologetic. They were able to give me the same order in less than 5 minutes. I have nothing negative to say about this McDonald's (even from past orders). Just be careful when ordering counter pickup.
