They charged more than $300 from me & thank god, I was fortunate to ask for an estimate up front - I declined the service and then the supervisor offered me some discount. They just took 40 minutes to clean the duct ($475 for 40 mins is a rip off!!) . Once they left, my AC efficiency has dropped drastically - I called the customer service and the lady was so rude and declined any after-service (which was promised in their receipt), unless I pay the additional amount discounted by the supervisor. This time the head technician came out and applied a heavier cleaning agent to the stains and left them looking bleached and three brown streaks with a residue stain in our living room. The worst part of all of this, they accused me of creating the stains. When you want something done right don't go to sears, do it yourself or hire another carpet cleaner.
