It was a brutal winter and most of the grass did not come up in the spring. I called Ryco and they came out to my home, inspected the lawn and reseeded it without cost. It now looks great. I'm very happy. My Mom has used Ryco for years and years. She always gets good service and her lawn / plantings always look great.

This is one company that does not know how to treat their long term customers. We had used them for…read moreyears and unfortunately our office manager was not monitoring their work and invoices. They were damaging our sprinkler system and charging extremely high prices for repairs. On the last invoice, I got involved and questioned the cause for the needed repairs and was told they did not know, I asked for proof of the damage and was told I would need to turn the sprinkler system on to see the damage. I turned the system on and found no damage to our system. One year they failed to send a new contract, although we had been using them for years, they never followed up with us and we failed to realize that we needed a new contract. We realized in late April when we were notified by the village that we needed to cut our grass by the following Monday, that gave us about 4 days to have it done. We contacted Langton and informed them of the issue, instead of saying, no worries we can get you guys on schedule, just sign the contract, they sent us a quote for over $4,500 for a one time cutting, we spend less then $5,000 for weekly landscaping every year with them. Our site manager panicked and signed the proposal without approval (She's long gone). They had several dead bushes (about a foot high) that staff said had been dead for years, why didn't they cut them down or offer to replace them? They're suppose to be landscapers, right? Our spot lights around the building were damaged by their mowers. We could see the blade markings. They weren't responsible for this. They would blow the garbage into our bushes and never provided spring or fall cleaning as the agreement stated. We failed to monitor this company and they took advantage of us, they charged us for every little thing when they realized everything was being approved and not questioned by the previous staff. When I took over and started questioning them they began ignoring me and I found out they were instead going directly to the previous office manager who would forward everything to me. They were gone at the end of contract which thankfully was only for one year. We learned that changing companies every 2-3 years allows us to bring in new eager companies that will offer more for your business than a horrible company that takes advantage of their customers who fail to questioned them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Too bad I can't give six stars. They took over the maintenance of our 24 year old irrigation system…read morelast year and did a first-rate job with it. Their advice was also very helpful in adjusting the watering times for some of our stations. This year was no different. In addition to being very knowledgeable and experienced, everyone we've had contact with (Jean, JoAnn, Nick, Hilario, and each of their crew members) has been incredibly pleasant. They are today finishing up a multi-day job making major changes to our now 25 year old system that should not only save water but improve the way some of our many shrubs and trees get watered. Over the 25 years we've had our system we've worked with several firms. None has come close to the professional way Naturescape handles our system or treats us. My wife and I are so glad we found them.

We will happily support this locally owned and ran small family business!

My previous sprinkler company wanted to charge me over $3k to locate the underground damaged lines and repair everything. I called around to local companies and Diego was most responsive and came out same-day to get familiar with the system and problem. He understood the sense of urgency to fix the system and protect my landscaping investments, and was able to repair the system + add an additional sprinkler for ~$1200 (roughly 30% of what my prior company wanted to charge). I don't plan on working with any other company moving forward. Diego and HydroZeus have won my business for sprinkler maintenance, and I plan to work with them to update and add to my landscape lighting next! Huge thanks from a happy customer
