We'd recommend Bertog and would work with Sue again in the future. They can be a little slow to schedule, but they do try their best to be accommodating and they do very good work. I can only assume all of these poor customers are all dissatisfied with the service provided by Rubino. I made the mistake of signing with them twice (last season and this one) and our lawn has never looked worse. I reached out to their office several times and never receive a response without sending 2/3 follow ups. The final time I emailed about how crappy the lawn look he NEVER replied to me. Finally my husband emails Joe (the owner) and we get a reply-nice eh. Says he'll come out and take a look and see what can be done. Needless to say we NEVER heard back and our lawn still looks terrible. No follow up email with suggestions or anything. Just so disappointed we wasted our money so I'm trying to save someone else from doing the same. They are not responsive, clearly a bit sexist and overall just a bad product and given how my lawn looks I'm not sure they really know what they're doing.
