The women's bathrooms for the most part are pretty clean. The only downside is the steam room doesn't always work. The gym can get pretty packed during prime time hours which makes coming to any gym annoying.

Despite that clear agreement, the gym later tried to charge me anyway, hiding behind contract terms instead of honoring their own word. To make matters worse, random "fees" that I was never made aware of were added, including a so-called "facility fee." This is not just a matter of money, but of honesty and integrity. If a company promises something to its members, it should follow through. Instead, I was left feeling misled, nickel-and-dimed, and taken advantage of. There are plenty of other gyms in Calgary that value transparency and treat their members with respect. Based on my experience, GYMVMT North Hill Centre does neither.
