Well, the cure was worse than the actual incident because a piece of rice got stuck in the charging port. The phone was fine but unchangeable . He was very funny and very nice and got the rice out of my eight month old phone. thanks, Shawn Much appreciate.

My first experience on my first visit was with a dude who had no idea of any of the details of the service plans and another dude finally got off his butt to help him although he did so reluctantly. Visit two when I actually tried to change carriers and get a new phone involved about an hour where the dude couldn't get stuff set up claiming there were issues with their tablets and asked me to come back the next day. Since I had serious fonts about the competence of these guys I went to the an actual t-mobile store. Since I had started the transfer process at this location, when I went to an actual t-mobile company store, I had to finish the process with these dudes. So after visit three to this franchise store and finally getting the new phone and turning my old phone in, I started to text friends. None of them recognized the number. Turns out the dude was too lazy to port my number over since he spent most of the texting his buds and not porting my number while I was at the store. Now I am getting responses from t mobile claiming my old phone was not turned in. Even though, the dude, took my old phone in between texting his dude buddies. If you want to feel like doing business walking into a frat house where the dudes are playing video games and enjoying some beers while you get a new phone, then this is your place. If you want to get a new phone and have a knowledgeable staff with competent management on-site, avoid this place at all costs and go to the actual t-mobile run store a mile or so away in the Gator Hole Plaza with the Home Depot and Walmart.

She initially stated she could apply over $250 prepaid balance to new plan account but after scrolling on her iPad for ages said it wouldn't do it and showed me the iPad supposedly to prove it. Messed it up so bad that I told her to just forget it and I'd keep my original plan but she had already switched it. I told her to switch it back to the original plan I had, instead she switched it to another plan 250% more expensive than what I had with no advantage, and said that was all she could do. I asked her to call someone at ATT to help her. Refused to call for help and claimed she couldn't call her supervisor either, and said I should call ATT. In my car when I checked my phone, my prepaid plan had been charged $65 for nothing, and a wrong way more expensive plan--not the one I had. I went back and told her to fix, she said to get out. I had to sit on phone with ATT for over an hour to sort out the mess she made and get my $65 back and get the plan I wanted and the $250 balance of old plan applied to new plan!!! I'll never use another one of these contract offices. The phone call was no piece of cake either.
