I had this company for the internet and when I moved and cancelled my account I asked if they wanted their equipment back, modem, etc., and they said I could keep it then in August, 2 months later, they email me a bill for $106 and I get no answer as why they charged me for something they didn't want. Only had them for a week so fingers crossed I don't regret this, but the service we got is $39.99 a month and about 20 times faster than Optimum, which we cancelled for poor service. The guy who did the install was nice and fast. read more
