His father ( a very nice gentleman) picked up my computer on a Thursday, it was very cold and snowing, and I got it back the Next Monday, in fine working order and has worked fine since then. they are very reasonable, almost to reasonable on the prices. Way better than anyone else I talked to and the fact that they will pick up and deliver at no extra charge is unbelievable. They guarantee the work and like i said the price to fix my computer was about a third of what everyone else wanted. Try them, you wont be disappointed. We had a great experience with Tim in the past with another tree removal so we called him right away and after sending him some pictures, he immediately went over to the house and looked at the damage. He was able to give us an idea of the cost, took pictures for the insurance company and FaceTimed us since we were out of state. Tim and his team were able to get a huge tree removed off of our house, cut up and disposed of in two days. He sent us videos and pictures throughout the whole process and gave us a heads up on what was going on with the damage. He also was able to put a huge tarp on the part of the house that was exposed to the elements. We highly recommend Tim and Arbor Max tree service.
