Regardless of any troubleshooting you have already done, they have to duplicate it, again at their hourly rate, before they will try anything else. While many of their employees are competent, several are not. One person refused to give us the password to equipment we owned, but they installed because she didn't think we were competent to use it. On another matter, I am still waiting more than a year later for the written instructions I was charged 1.5 hours at their highest rate. There is a complete disconnect between tech support and accounting. I often had to dig out old emails to prove what I had been quoted after receiving smarmy emails from their accounting department. Further, they will not admit defeat. We have contracted with them numerous times to fix an ongoing problem that is still not fixed -- hundreds of dollars later. The latter is our fault -- we should have cut bait much earlier.
