I went on a Sunday evening less than 2 hours to close. I was offered indoor or outside sitting. I initially choose to sit outside because it was more spacious on the patio. After I ordered the sun moved behind the building across the street and became too cold for me. The staff didn't have a problem with my moving inside. I loved the pizza I ordered. I had chosen Frontager's because they have a vegan cheese option for $3 more. Not something available at your average pizza place. I've been to Frontager's quite a few times. The food is decent but the most recent time I went the pizza was super disappointing. About half of it was missing toppings/cheese. It definitely looked like it was sloppily made. The lack of sauce, toppings, and cheese made it very dry and not satisfying. If you're staying at Seabrook and want pizza drive up the road to Moclips and go to the Moclips Country Store. They have really great take and bake pizzas that are much better. Our server was a delight and very sweet, but it does seem like the restaurant is understaffed and could use more help for more attentive service. read more

Had a nice lunch on a Friday. Loved the decor and the large windows that can be opened for an open air feel on nice days. There is also outside seating. We had the calamari appetizer and the pesto sausage pizza. The calamari was not fried long enough. The calamari rings were very light in color and were doughy, the tentacles were crispy and good . Unfortunately, our server didn't return for some time, so I couldn't ask for it to be fried longer. The bummer with having tentacles and rings means they won't cook in the same time. Arrived on a Monday afternoon. Server was very nice. We ordered a couple of build your own pizzas and a couple of panzanella salads. First off, get the fennel sausage on anything. So good. The panzanella salads looked like an art piece and everyone loved them. Here is something you will need to know about the pizza. It's dry. Dry dry dry. Barely any sauce on the pizzas and not a lot of cheese. Parts of the pizza, in the middle, had no sauce on it. I would make it a point to ask for extra sauce and extra cheese on the pizza. I asked about online ordering, and the person (?) said she was sorry it wasn't working that day. Looked into it and apparently it hasn't been working since 2021. Seems odd that on a non-busy off-season day I couldn't get to a human. We decided to walk over to order and pick up since I didn't trust the phone robot and the online order is not functional. We were surprised to see that 12 in thin crust pizzas were around $28-$30 each. We spent $60 on two pretty small pizzas. This might just be the way in Seabrook. The gluten free crust was pretty good. I liked the truffle pizza. My boyfriend liked his pepperoni. Neither were spectacular. We live nearby and have been ordering take out here on our way to the beach with our dogs about once a week for years, including during the slow, wet season. A couple weeks ago hubs walked in to order and the employee told him he had to order online. He thought maybe it was just that employee, so went around back. They told him the same thing. We don't typically use devices when we are up this way. We didn't have signal so had to drive around a bit to be able to order. I understand that things change, but why an employee who was not busy could not accept a walk-up order is beyond me. The online order system gave us no option to leave a tip, which didn't really upset us after the blank stares he got when he tried to order face to face. This is one of the few dining options in the cute coastal town of Seabrook WA. They had a few tables inside but more seating options outside for the nicer summer months. It was a 45-minute wait on a Saturday night for dinner and they called us when our table was available. We were seated right next to the brick pizza oven that didn't look to be operational which was a shame. They had good amount of choices on the menu between appetizers, salads, pizzas, Strombolis, and calzones, and also gluten-free crust too. Service wasn't overly friendly or fast but they were pretty busy. The calamari was plenty and nicely breaded with a side of spicy mayo sauce, and the garlic parmesan wings were flavorful too. The pineapple bacon pizza was just OK, the bacon was too fatty. The pickle pizza was a surprise favorite though! The crust was thin and a little chewy with minimal char. Pizza was really underwhelming, they both lacked flavor and just not good pizza (for reference, I consider MOD not good pizza and MOD is better IMO). The biggest disappointment was the $13 garlic cheese bread on house made bread. I'm guessing the focaccia was not fresh baked today, it was dry, very dry and for cheesy bread, there was very very little cheese, thankfully it came with marinara for dipping (the marinara is good). Overall it was a pretty sad lunch for the fam. We had dinner at Frontager's and loved it. We had a dog with us and were lucky we could eat on the patio. Service was good out there and it had nice surroundings. They have a good beer selection, I had a Hefeweizen that was excellent and matched the pizza well. I had the fennel sausage pizza. It was very good. The crust is nice and crunchy, with a nice sauce. The ingredients were excellent, particularly the sausage. The 12" pizza was perfect for me, but could feed two people (particularly if you also have appetizers). Seabrook does not have a ton of options, so it is great that the pizza here is so good. Definitely worth a visit. read more

We recently spent the holiday weekend out at Seabrook. Sunday night we wanted to order and go pick up a pizza. We called an hour before close and were greeted with an automated AI "voice" who instructed us that we could not order for pick up. When we questioned said voice and asked if we could eat dine in, the answer was yes. We could order for dine in, but not order for pick up. Wouldn't it be easier on the staff if we did not eat in the restaurant? We got hung up on and called back and asked to speak to a manager. We did get transferred and then hung up on again. What a terrible way to treat your clients. Not only not taking the time to actually answer the phone with a live person, but make it impossible for anyone to resolve issues. Seabrook is an ocean side getaway. A nice break from the city life. How sad that AI has taken over this quiet getaway. We will never order from Frontagers. read more

Beware of the AI phone order system! We ordered a lot, including six pizzas. The AI operator confirmed all six pizzas. But when I picked up the order only THREE pizzas were on the order! The staff seemed indifferent about the error. I asked if we could get the missing three pizzas quickly & the unblinking response was SEVENTY FIVE MINUTES! I asked if they could check with the kitchen, & got the time cut down to forty minutes. KUDOS to the cooks - they got the pizzas out in 30 minutes. But still.... No apology of any kind. Nothing. We've enjoyed our pizza from here. First tried it six years ago, and again last week. It's an easy meal while you're staying in a rental, and leftover pizza the next day makes it even easier. We've only done take-out. I will say that their AI Bot that takes orders over the phone is off putting, and I didn't trust it any more than I trust online ordering. I'd prefer a real person. We also ordered a side of calamari and they forgot the aioli, but it was easy to run back over and grab it since our house was across the street. Plenty of seating, and we didn't wait for much. We got seated right away at lunchtime on a Saturday, which is amazing. Service was prompt. My negroni was perfection, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. The arancini are not good. The sauce is very acidic, and could do with some sugar or something to cut that sharpness. It almost tastes like cheap canned sauce. They are pretty cheesy with a crisp exterior, if that's up your alley. I feel like in a better sauce I would have really enjoyed these. Green onion on top is a really weird way to go. Parsley, thyme, or oregano... Really anything else would have been better. It was $14. Two arancini in bad sauce. I got the cheesy garlic bread to go. It comes with marinara. Guess how the marinara tastes? It's too thick, so the cheese to bread ratio is off, and the bad sauce just makes this not worth $11 for 5-6 small slices. On a beautiful yet chilly April day, we went by Frontagers for afternoon appetizers! This place has tremendous character, located in the heart of The Seabrook community outside Pacific WA. Such a cozy place. We received excellent seating towards the front of the place to enjoy the afternoon sun! My party tried the Cheese Bread (not pictured) the Fennel Sausage Pizza, and the Panzanella Salad. Although I didn't eat anything (on account of the cheese being a problem for me) the feedback from the rest of my party was EXTREMELY positive! All I got was a flight of beers ( also not pictured) made of a mix of IPA, stout, lager and their strawberry hard cider!) The wait staff was AWESOME and I look forward (already) going back! I used to really like Frontager's. This last Saturday we ordered 5 pizzas, wings, salad, and fried cauliflower to go. It fed our large family but the pizza was a big disappointment. It looked like bowling alley pizza. It tasted alright but the crust seemed like it had been frozen. Which is ok except the 12" pizzas averaged $30 each. The wings and salad were good. Cauliflower seemed like it came frozen and was popped in the deep fryer. Definitely more of an Ocean Shores feel to the food than Seabrook. read more

thought I would try them again, this time to dine in instead of to go. service was ok, everyone pleasant & the 2nd young lady dropped everything to sit me down & very friendly & welcoming, a bit of a pause before a waitress was finally free to take my order, but very helpful with answering my questions & taking my order plus getting a box to go with my left overs, a delicious Meat pizza with white instead of the usual red sauce & added mushrooms & black olives, a major improvement from the last time I got a similar pizza from them, the meats had great quality tastes to them & the mushrooms & olives really added that extra contrast to make it perfect. Thought about the Supreme which was similar but liked the other meats in the Meat pizza & didn't want the onions like in the Supreme, so nice to pick & choose, mix & match my own. Also complimented it with a Guinness 0 N/A beer, 1st N/A beer I actually liked the taste, normally would get an alcoholic dark beer but have a 1 1/2 hour drive home later, the $30 pizza with extra toppings & beer totaled $41 plus tip but that is what eating out costs nowadays, & the pizza was great again, maybe even better...
