Amazing pizza and very generous sized subs. Ingredients are always as fresh as you can get. The roast beef sandwiches on an onion roll with bistro sauce is a hidden gem that you will never be disappointed with. Always consistent. Been ordering delivery/takeout for 10 years and has been great every time. read more

Good pizza but their other food isn't as great. Good place to watch a game with friends or grab a casual pizza. Prices are a little high but not outrageous. read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Not only did they get my delivery order wrong, but were very rude and disrespectful about it after the fact. I had a few mediocre experiences with them before but this was next-level bad. I should have listened to the warnings about this place. read more

My favorite pizza in town. We usually get the buffalo chicken and honestly it's the best buffalo chicken pizza I've had. Caesar salad is great, plus the salads are huge. Solid bar as well with friendly bartenders. I like that it's more than just the typical pizza shop you usually get in small towns. read more

I'm not sure why anyone would like the pizza here. The first time I ate here the pizza was greasy and the crust soggy. I have read several reviews on yelp praising the pizza so I decided to give it a second chance. It turned out to be a bad decision. The pizza is greasy and soggy. I haven't found any good pizza in southern NH. I guess people dine here since there isn't anything better in the area. read more

As a longtime former employee and LONGERtime current and frequent customer, I'd like to clear a few things up regarding some of the negative reviews: 1. There are a minority of the female staff who are awful at their jobs- the vast majority of wait- counter- and barstaff are outstanding, friendly ladies. 2. There are a couple posting reviews about an experience with raw scallops. I happened to be working that night (a Friday): they came in during rush (5-8), a time during which the restaurant serves about 65 delivery orders and more than that in tables served alone. The woman's first order of scallops were undercooked, a mistake to be sure, but not a frequent one by any means nor unrectifiable. The second order, I tried when they came back. Those scallops were perfect- and I mean pristine! The owner she refers to asked her waitress to see if there was anything different she'd like to order, because it had become apparent we couldn't prepare a fried scallop to her standards. 3. The sauce is seasoned in-house daily, and is delicious. 4. The regular cheese is a blend of two cheeses you wouldn't likely expect, shredded daily in-house. 5. The dough is without a doubt the best I've ever eaten, made fresh from scratch in-house daily, formed and left to rise overnight at least. 6. The pizza toppings are premium ingredients, and the entrees are made from the freshest meats and produce. The prices are more than fair to reflect that. 7. If you come in to eat there, it is a waited restaurant, not just a "pizza joint"- the quality of the food reflects that. 8. If you like your food prepared a certain way, ask! Don't complain that the pizza is "always overdone" if you're too timid to ask that be cooked less, they will do it if you ask! 9. Order your spicy fries well done- always! 10. The chicken tenders ARE amazing, I'm glad other people think so too! They come in as whole breasts and are butterflied, giving them the unique shape and crunchy-shell, juicy-flesh harmony. read more

located in a strip mall near an ice rink this place always has customers and even with its large parking lot finding a place can be an issue, nice interior far above your typical pizza place, lots of tv and good seating with servers, my go to meal is the steak tip salad as the tips are of above average quality, veggies are fresh and its hard to finish its big, pizza is just ok its available by the slice at the take out counter, subs are good, average chicken parm, meatballs seem store bought, fries and onion rings from a freezer bag, prices are right on for a pizza place read more

"Meh" food, poor service, and downright unpleasant management. On a recent visit, the manager actually yelled at my wife when they got her order wrong. read more

This place is a hidden gem, best pizza in NH! It's two towns away and I go there every chance I get! It's important to know too that I have 4 pizza restaurants in my town too and none come close. So if you want a great tasting meal, that's inexpensive and an environment that's warm and relaxing go here! read more

We are from South Louisiana and took a trip to New Hampshire for our daughter's wedding. We were able to get in a couple of road trips with my mother in law and my brother in law--who live in Washington, while we were on vacation. We went up to Portsmouth and on the way back my husband was hungry so we started looking for a restaurant just off the highway. We stumbled upwon this little gem of a restuarant and could not have been happier. So for all four of us the ticket was just over $50 which was a steal in our opinion. We were ALL very full and satisfied even my hungry husband. I had the chili, my husband had a fettucine, my mother in law got a loaded 10 inch pizza and my brother in law got a ceaser salad. The atmosphere was great too, this was just what we needed to end our evening on a positive note. So, my recomendation is if you are ever traveling through or if you live in Exeter you gotta try this place at least once. You won't regret it for sure.... Shout out to the staff, you all were very polite and upbeat. & the cooks, OMG, they hit a home run with us! So I promise when we go back and visit our daughter we will be taking the drive to see you guys again. Keep up the great job... read more

I grew up in Brooklyn...I am a pizza fanatic. The pizza / calzones are decent, the rest of the food is very basic. The portions are HUGE....12" pizza or calzone is a meal for two. Its an easy walk from the office - and there is a full bar. read more

Wow! This was one of the most pleasant surprises for a meal that I've had in a long time. My family was looking for somewhere to have dinner that was close by and we stumbled across the front row pizzeria. We were seated right away and our waitress was flawless. She checked in on us several times and accommodated our every need. Just spectacular service!! The menu has something for everyone. We started our meal with a basket of there crispy hand made onion rings. They were perfect and just great! My wife and mother in law each ordered a salad. These salads truly are a full meal as they were huge and fresh with great portions of meats and cheeses. Trust me it's a task to finish the whole thing in one sitting. My father in law got a meatball sub. It was big and fat and stuffed to the max with 5 meatballs and melted cheese. Marinara sauce was not too shabby either. My kids ordered from the kids menu. All the kids meals are just $5. My son got grilled cheese and fries and my daughter got spaghetti and meatballs. Neither child could finish as there's too were just big beautiful portions. All in all I have no hesitation giving the front row pizzeria 5 STARS for both food and costumer service!! Keep up the good work cuz your doing everything right!!! read more

We have ordered pizzas, wings, shaved steak subs, a roast beef sandwich (awful), fries and onion rings. The food has been mediocre at best. If you are just looking to feed your belly, and don't really care about great flavor, then go for it. Management please consider allowing half size orders for fries and onion rings. read more

The worst seafood I have ever had soggy frozen no taste crap more french fries then fish counted the clams got 7 no taste scallops rubbery fish then and could tell frozen and was not anything but batter soggy and tasteless and same with the pizza. Very over priced. Even for dog food. read more

I'm giving this place five stars because its the best place to eat / have a beer in Exeter. Best beer selection in town. Excellent calzones. Fun atmosphere. They are setting the bar and I would like to see some other local places step it up a bit. read more

Front Row has the best chicken tenders, a delicious meat sauce, fantastic service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Great portions too!

I have only had take out from here, but one thing I can say is that the pizza is not consistent. The veggie pizza was unbelievable the first time two we had it and the second two times it was a soggy mess. A good tasting soggy mess, but I would rather not eat my pizza with a fork and I'd skip the extra grease. Their turkey sandwich was decent. I am sure I will still order from here but it's on a list of pizza restaurants. read more

The best roast beef sub and onion rings around. The food has been great since they were located on Front Street. People are always friendly and the service is great. read more

Front Row is better than other pizza places I've tried in the area. I think they rely on a simple formula for their pizzas: homemade crust, and tons of cheese and sauce for flavor. And I don't mean tomato sauce -- we have had a couple of pizzas there, and one had barbecue sauce and the other had a buffalo sauce with blue cheese on the side. The pizzas are tasty -- I prefer more veggies on my pizza than what I've been served there, but they do their thing well. We have also gotten the calamari a couple times and it is damn good -- fresh squid, fried up legs and all. read more

Absolutely excellent, this place is very generous with their servings, and I highly recommend the barbecue chicken pizza. 5/5

I order from front row at least 3 times a month or use to. Last night I ordered a carbonara pasta and got the wrong item delivered. No big deal I called back to get it corrected the girl on the phone said no problem we'll send it right out, I was satisfied with that. 5 min later someone calls me back and says the girl said Alfredo and repeated it to you so I don't know what you want? In a very rude tone. I said I didn't want anything now with his attitude I'll just call back and talk to the manager tomorrow. I called back as it turns out it was the manager who called me back with the rude tone being a jerk. He offered no resolution to the problem and offered to apologies. I will never eat there again and will do everything I can to persuade anyone I know not to eat there again they have terrible employees messing up people orders followed by a jerk of a manager and terrible customer service skills read more

The owner made a "typo" on the online menu, and refused to look it up. I asked if I could show the delivery driver or if he could look it up, and he told me I could go to another restaurant, that he wasn't looking it up because he was right. I canceled my delivery and said I'd bring down my phone and show him his website, to prove it said $9.95 instead of $11.95, since he was incapable of looking it up himself. I drove all the way there and he already had the menu up on HIS phone! He shoved it in my face and said see! And I looked at the phone and saw CLEARLY $9.95, the waitress looked at it too and told him, he then looked at it and said it was a typo but he'll give it to me this time. That "the prices have been the same for 5 years and that's the only one that's not $11.95 so it was definitely a typo." Yet there were TWO pretty popular pizzas listed as $9.95 on just the website....... He then charged me for the pizza, after he made me come all the way down there, and didn't apologize for his mistake and rudeness over the phone. What happened to the customer's always right? Where's your plain old customer service?! read more

All the meals I have gotten here have been great. I especially love their pizza but would recommend their steak tips as well as the chicken caeser wrap. They are a bit pricey in comparison to other restaurants in the area but they deliver quality all the time. read more

Wife and kids spent the day in Boston, took train home - Called and placed an order, was told it would be 25 minutes...After a short walk to car, which if you have ever been to the Exeter train station you know is a short walk. Wife and I decided that 25 minutes is too long and called back 3 minutes later(According to cell phone) to cancel the order, the girl that answered told me that I couldn't cancel because the order was almost done - I told her it was impossible as I just placed the order - She then tried telling me that I placed the order 15 minutes prior to this call...I told her she was wrong, she and some guy decided to argue with me on the length of time, of which they were completely wrong and clearly hard-up for my $36 order, we were now maybe 9 minutes from getting off the train and I have these people trying to pull some kind of scam on me. I told them they could complete the order and wait for me to show up and then hung up - They called me back twice, once to see if it was my number and a second time a guy called back to see if I wanted it delivered...I returned neither call. As a side note, there were many times prior to this incident that when picking up my order it would be wrong and when I pointed this out, it was clearly an inconvenience for them - The solution to that problem is make sure the girls taking the order are paying attention, as it always sounds/seems like they are completely disengaged while on the phone because they are busy talking to someone else. Lastly, it is beyond me how they continue to not put food in a bag. I have gone there numerous times to pick up pizza, multiple sandwich and multiple bottle of soda and they just hand it to you, and leave it up to you to figure out a balancing act that will work as your wrestle with the door that doesn't open all the way. Truth be told the food is good, but not worth all the extra crap you have to deal with and the fact that they tried to scam me on the phone call is reason enough for me to avoid that place. If you don't mind sacrificing service for quality then have at it. If you are expecting a friendly personable place to eat in regards to staff, expect to be disappointed as it is staffed by young high school aged girls making spending money. read more

I just started working in the Exeter area and ordered a white pizza for lunch as I had heard fantastic reviews about their food, especially their pizza. It was delivered in a timely manner and was still warm, so I was excited to dive in! Unfortunately, it tasted like cardboard. I ate half a piece and tossed it thinking a piece from the opposite side would taste different. It didn't. It was incredibly disappointing as I had heard such great things. After my day, I decided to politely call and share my experience with the individual that answered the phone so that they were aware and others could have a more positive experience. The girl that answered the phone simply said "that's weird, our pizza is well known for being the best around." She repeated that a couple times throughout our conversation, never acknowledging that I was unhappy, never apologizing for my negative experience. I never asked for a manager, I never asked for a coupon or a refund, I was simply attempting to do the right thing and informing them of a potential for improvement. I will not be ordering from them again, for the primary reason that there was a significant lack in customer service. I order multiple times a week, and unfortunately my money will be going to one of the other many restaurants in Exeter. read more

Front Row used to be my go to place for pizza. The food is very good, but the service is just awful and a recent experience just sealed it for me. I picked up a pizza and took it home. I opened it and found that it was the wrong pizza. When I called, the young lady on the phone asked if I had touched the pizza. Well, yes. She then said my pizza was still in the oven and did I want it? Yes. She asked if I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. Given that I had just driven there and back, I asked for a delivery. Two minutes later, she called and told me I had to come and get it. The manager had said so. (Was this punishment for me for complaining or for touching the first pizza?) When I walked in to get the right pizza, no one said anything. No one made eye contact. It was like I had done something wrong. Finally, a girl called out my name and handed me the pizza. I said thanks. She said nothing. Throughout the whole experience, no one said sorry or apologize for the inconvenience. I'm thinking mistakes like this happen. No big deal. It was how they handled it that really disappointed me. This was just customer service 101. I'm kind of bummed because I like the food, but it's not worth being treated like that. read more
