I saw the biggest geranium Ive ever seen which was stunning! All the hanging baskets are gorgeous and I snagged two for my home. I found a brunnera that I've never seen before in my life! In my opinion, the prices are very fair and at times, we're better than the big box stores. They also had vegetables and BIG sized peppers and tomatoes for a steal of a deal. They had great customer service and were very polite at every interaction I had. As of May 2024, their hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm open everyday!

I called Babcocks on two separate occasions to confirm they had what I was looking for, topsoil rich in organic material to supplement my somewhat thin mountain soil. I placed the $700 order and hired my local dump truck driver, who made the drive out and back. When he returned, I had 16 yards of worthless sandy fill dirt with next to no organic material. There was no point paying the driver an additional $200 to return it, so we dumped it over the driveway embankment. That was clearly a case of fraud

We specifically asked questions about charges for mileage and days, and we're told that the rental manager would be leaving extra early and just leave the keys in the lock box. When we returned the keys, we were charged over $100 more by U-Haul and called to express our concern. In addition, the lockbox freezes and we could not be opened and after 30 minutes of hitting it with a rock, we finally got it opened . After being told that we were wrong about everything repeatedly by Babcock's. We called U-Haul directly, after 50 minutes on hold at U-Haul waiting for a response. They hung up on us....
