We had a 25 ft dead maple and a long overdue trim / trunk clearing of our gigantic spruce tree. When we got home from work that day my wife and I were *delighted* with the results on our trees, even though the stump grinding didn't happen til a few days later. Two neighbors even asked who did the work. As a bonus, they even hauled away my own landscaping efforts (2 tarps full of branches) at no charge. I will use them again (hopefully not real soon), but I can recommend AA without hesitation if you need help with your trees.

He was also very communicative about getting our project scheduled (BONUS: he was able to get us started sooner than originally planned). His crew is some of the nicest people too. My son was running a fever for the few days they were working on our yard and they asked about how he was doing each day (one gentleman even asked if he could pray over him which was so unexpected and nice). They are considerate of your space. At the end of each work day, they sweep up and consolidate their tools to one area so it doesn't feel like you're in a construction zone. The finished product is very polished and well done. When there were things I wanted adjusted or trimmed a little bit more, Josh was very agreeable and happy to oblige. And yes, I was that high maintenance client who had a request to add more flagstone AFTER they were done and they were so great to get a team out the next day to make that little addition. And how often does a project come in under budget?? Was nice to see that they are very precise in what they do. After the project is done, Josh takes measurements of the actual work and adjusts to actuals which made our project come in a little under budget (yay!). I would happily work with them again!

HIs team of landscapers were early, worked hard during sun and rain, and they took time to clean the sidewalks and streets every night before leaving. We had old grass removed, and old cottonwood tree and roots removed, rocks cleaned and weed barrier replaced, bushes replaced, sprinklers replaced and metal edging added. The final product was better then we could have imagined. Denver Tree and Landscape is an outstanding business because of Joshua and his great team of employees. We are excited for him to work on the back yard projects soon. Thank you for what you did for our front yard!!!

I was referred to Limbotomy by my next door neighbor, who had a very positive experience with them…read more I called and made an appointment for them to come out for a free estimate. Jonah came, and we walked my yard, and he gave me an estimate that was significantly less than other estimates that I got last year. It had been over 20 years since the trees were planted with little or no care since then, so it was a big project. He never asked for a deposit, or any money until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I accepted the estimate, and we set a time for them to come out and do the work. On the set date/time Jonah came with his very competent foreman, and two other workers, who all showed up right on time. Jonan and his foreman and I walked the property again to determine exactly what was needed to be done. They spent most of the day working on the project, and by the end of the day, my yard looks great! They even went above and beyond what they had to do. As they cleared some low branches, it exposed several years of accumulated leaves under the branches. While those leaves were not their responsibility, the took it upon themselves to clean up and dispose of all of the newly exposed leaves. Jonah came by several times during the day to check on the progress. At the end of the day, they cleaned up all of the remnants of their work. I was very satisfied, and Jonah and I settled the bill. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, with no additional fees for any extra work. I can't say enough about the quality and completeness of the work that Jonah and his crew provided. They were very professional, easy to work with, and they had no problem with me watching at times through out the day. They seemed glad to have me be so involved with their work. I will definitely have them back next year to trim up the new growth.

WOW! What amazing service! During a recent windstorm, we had a 40+ft pine in our backyard crack at the base and fall onto our nearby locust tree (thankfully it held and only brushed the house). Unfortunately, since the locust tree also split, we had to get both removed. Mind you, this was early afternoon and we had strong winds projected the rest of the day, threatening to push them both over even further, into the house or the neighbor's yard. Within an hour of calling around to various emergency tree service companies (and being badgered by HomeAdvisor), Jay picked up the phone, confirmed he could be out immediately, and was out to survey the issue in no time. He gave a fair estimate, planned the project for the next day (due to the winds still we had to push it to the next day for safety), and had the quote in our email inbox within 2 hours. Better yet, him and his crew were in our backyard on time (7 AM the next morning) and prepared for a full day to not only take down both trees, but take them AWAY for us too. They were all super respectful of our yard, pleasant to chat with, and cleaned up every bit of tree scrap that came down. Jay is an insured and certified arborist, an honest and respectful guy, and his crew was on time and 100% prepared. We will totally use them for all future tree service. #client4life
