I went with RUS Roofing based on their excellent reviews and BBB score, the very reasonable quote that I received, the quality of the materials that they use, and the personal, prompt, & thorough communication by the owner, Alex. RUS totally exceeded our expectations - we were blown away by what a fantastic job they did! True to what has been mentioned in other reviews, Alex was on the job from start to finish - not only supervising his amazing 8-man crew, but actively participating. He took lots of photos from up on the roof so that he could show us progress and explain the unexpected trouble issues that they found as they stripped the old shingles. The crew took care to protect all of the landscaping and outdoor deck spaces while they worked, and cleaned up every speck of debris when they were done. They even went the extra mile by adding some missing vent covers, and painted all the vents and flashing. Alex was super professional, clearly knew his stuff, and was just such a pleasure to work with. The crew was likewise very skilled and friendly, and incredibly hard-working. They showed up at 7 AM on a Saturday and were at it nonstop for 12 hours - got the whole job done in a day, leaving us with a gorgeous new roof and a spotless yard. I was a little nervous selecting a roofer without any sort of personal referral, but they were truly awesome and I would enthusiastically recommend Alex & RUS Roofing to anyone needing roof work done!

They told us that in early April there was a heavy hail storm in the area and some of the roofs were damaged. On August 4, Matt Wiechelman of Feazel Roofing knocked on our door and asked if we would like to have our roof inspected for damage. We agreed and after walking the roof he showed us pictures of the hail damage. We contacted our insurer (Cincinnati Financial) and an adjuster came out the next day and agreed the roof should be replaced. Replacement was scheduled for August 19. At 7 am that morning an army of the hardest workers that we have ever seen arrived to start removing the old roof. They laid tarps to protect the landscaping and concrete and got to business. By 8:00 pm that night we had a new roof. They stayed until 9:30 cleaning up (with flashlights) and the next morning two workers came to clean up the remaining small debris and any nails or metal. Matt came out that day and checked on the work and on our satisfaction. We are very happy with Feazel and Cincinnati Insurance. We would recommend both.

I normally do not respond to companies that knock on my door, but I'm glad I did with this one. I spoke with Hunter and Ethan and they explained who Crown Pointe Remodeling is, the values of the company and that it is a locally owned business. Hunter did a thorough inspection of my roof and found multiple points of storm damage. From that point forward, I began working with CPR. From the meeting with the insurance adjuster all the way to completion, I've had contact with someone from the company each step of the way. Willie was awesome! He showed me the variety of shingles to choose from and by the time we were done, it felt like we were old friends. The roof was completed in ONE DAY! I left out for work and came back home to a new roof. The only way I knew someone was at my house was the beautiful new roof. The roof crew did a great job keeping my property clean which is super important since I have children who could possibly step on a nail. Quincy, one of the owners, stopped by to make sure that I was satisfied with my roof and addressed any concerns that I had. Everyone was phenomenal and I highly recommend Crown Pointe Remodeling to anyone who is looking for any extremely professional and people-oriented company. They truly care about their customers.
