Each time something new was seen he would provide his expert knowledge of what it should be or he would get excited that the condition was so great. It was an absolute pleasure! But overall, the inspector looked at the things I pointed out or had questions on, and he pointed things out while I was there. They are busy, at least right now (September 2026). Was about two weeks from when I called to when they could get out. Just be aware if you need something sooner. I would still call to check availability.

This is a great little apartment complex with very friendly people and a nice little hiking trail…read more It's front office and maintenance staff respond rapidly and are always friendly. They offer town homes and two bedroom apartments, we're in an apartment. The best features are: gas stove, no cost for heat, washer/dryer connections (you can rent them from the office but its cheaper to buy), and storage facility on the balcony. We have a dog, and they don't charge a monthly fee for having a pet! Many other complexes add a $20 fee in addition to their pet deposit. Really, the only thing keeping this place from 5 stars is that its an older construction and you can hear your neighbors all the time. I live on the third floor,and whenever I walk or my dog walks I can feel the floor vibrate which leads to the neighbor below me complaining about it all the time. If you get a decent neighbor then it'd become a five star place, as you expect some noise in an apartment complex.
