We are so incredibly thankful to the team At Wright Choice Construction…read more From the moment we met with Daniel and Tim, we knew that this was going to be a good fit. One of the many things we discussed were their values. Which includes honesty, integrity, and quality. Throughout our build, not only did everyone on their team uphold these values, but they surpassed all expectations. Our project manager was John. We could not have been more pleased with him. His attention to detail is incredible. The man is a perfectionist and can see a flaw from a mile away. There were several times throughout the build that he would see something that we probably never would have noticed, but he would point it out and say it wasn't right and that they would take care of it. He was able to build our forever home with superior craftsmanship and nothing we asked them to do was impossible. Communication with their team was always simple, quick, and unmatched. Whether it was a quick text, call, or email. Everyone from the field crew to John, to Madison in the office, they were on it. Apart from the quality and thoroughness, John, Daniel, and frankly everyone on their teams are just the sort of people that you want to hang out with. They are personable, entertaining, and just downright fun. So not only did we get an amazing house out of this process, but we got new friends as well. From beginning to end, with Wright Choice Construction, you are going to get a whole different experience than you will with other contractors. When they say they are a Christian business, they mean it. They live by the standards that they set out. We never saw anyone on their team drinking, smoking, or cursing like sailor. In fact, over lunch one day, my wife saw the workers get together and pray over their lunches. So cool. We have heard horror stories and how building a house can be so stressful, but that is the total opposite of our experience. Although building a home takes time and effort, with WCC, it truly was a joy and honestly quite fun. So If you want true, and honest contractors that do an incredible job, there is no one that you will want to work with other than Wright Choice Construction.

John was very gracious with all our changes. He answered all my calls and offered suggestions that really I would have never thought of. My house was finished on time. I would like to specifically thank Bobby for the consultation, Walt and Terry for the installation. I will say as far as prices you are looking on the higher end, but it is well worth it for the great quality of materials and the excellent skills of the installation team. We are so happy and excited for our new shower upgrades. I highly recommend this company and you are welcome to use my name as a referral. I also really appreciated the card sent and kit given after installation, that added a very personalized experience. Both Walt and Terry were so good, I cannot say enough great things about either. But wanted to give Walt a special shout out, he is a very hard worker and extremely personable. Terry, Is Just as cool - just had more interaction with Walt. A huge thank you to all staff at Rebath:)

I was initially impressed by the promise of a full bathroom remodel in just three days. In…read morehindsight, I should have asked myself whether I wanted the job done quickly or done correctly. Buyer beware. I believe we had to wait approximately three to four months for our installation after the initial consultation. And, as with most projects like this one, half of the payment is requested up front. From the time we ordered our products to the anticipated project schedule date, we heard nothing from Re-bath. I finally called to find out when we would be scheduled for our install, and they were able to add us to the calendar. Our installer, Steve, was courteous, professional, and respectful. He made us feel comfortable having him in our home. He was alone when most of their technicians have arrived in pairs. Unfortunately, most of our experience has been deeply disappointing. Their salesman made multiple false statements. He told us the tub would be non-slick. That's not true. He said a safety handle would be installed to grab when stepping inside. That wasn't true. He said our exhaust fan would have a sensor and automatically run when moisture was present. That definitely isn't true either. The siding for the shower did not look like what I thought I had picked out from the salesman's computer or his small samples. It was blue. I definitely don't recall choosing blue. It doesn't match the color of my bathroom. Either my order was not correct, or perhaps their samples are not large enough to give me a true representation of the final look. One of the biggest problems is the tub creaks loudly. Whoever takes the first shower of the morning wakes up everyone else in the house. Multiple service visits have not completely fixed the problem. There have been additional issues. Our exhaust fan drips. The tub spout has a stream during showers. The knob from the shower diverter came off. The floor cracks in one spot where there is a dip. One baseboard original to the house 30 years ago was missed and still hasn't been replaced despite the many opportunities during visits by technicians for the tub. In the months since July, Re-bath has been to our home multiple times to work on the tub. I have asked if we need a mortar bed, but they don't do those, and they do not feel support is the issue. Their last visit was Wednesday. It was a terrible service experience. I was told they were coming to completely take out the tub to find the creak and to work on the other issues. My husband arranged to be home to let the technicians in, then he left. He said they seemed frustrated with the work order because they didn't hear the creak when they stepped into the tub. That was unexpected, because it creaks with every shower we take, but I also didn't understand why they were diagnosing the creak instead of starting on the work. The creak isn't new. They've heard the sound before, and we had a plan in place (their plan). Long story short, they apparently left not long after my husband without doing any work at all. They didn't notify me when they left or to tell me they were not going to work on any of our issues. I came home late that evening to find an empty house with my doors standing wide open and no one home. A new service manager did call me concerning the poor service experience with an apology. He blamed everything on miscommunication. He expressed concern that removing the tub (their plan) may unintentionally make the creaking worse again. So...okay then, thank you for your honesty. Needless to say, that ends my trust with Re-bath. After months of rearranged schedules and unfulfilled promises, I feel like I need to hire another contractor to correct the issues. That will be another expense on top of this $16,000 remodel. Did I mention the tub feels like a rock when you sit in it? It has a higher back then slopes down, giving a hump. I didn't know that would be the case when we purchased it. It's not comfortable for those who want a good soak in my humble opinion. I can't recommend Re-bath for a tub. Maybe they do beautiful showers. And I wouldn't leave them alone at your house. Good luck.
