One thing to remember if you're going there for the first time - Pay attention when driving there. Regency Court is right off of Bluemound, but doesn't really look like a street; more like a parking lot entrance? Not a big deal, just knowing helps when following the gps. I had to turn around cuz I missed it. The building looks more like a condo/aparment building from the outside, but once you go in, it was gorgeous. Very nicely designed and elegantly decorated. My therapist was Alyssa, and she greeted me, very friendly. I was offered a drink - water, tea, coffee - which I didn't need, so we went right in. I loved walking through the inside; it's so pretty! And I didn't have to use it, but their bathrooms also looked so clean. Alyssa also gave me a bottle of water after the session, which I did need. All the products they used were Dermalogica, which coincidentally is the brand I am using presently. They even had the higher end of the line products. I love it when a salon doesn't skimp out on the products. I've been to places where they use very generic products, and though the facial is good, you know your facial isn't really top notch because the product that stays in your face wasn't great. The spa has been open for a year and has all the signs of staying around for a long time!

They have a punch pass so you get a free massage after 10 massages. Also you get charged $3 if you pay with a credit card. Or you can Venmo no charge. They also offer credit complimentary sparing water or regular bottled water and some candy and little snacks.

Upon check in, we were offered refreshments, from water to mimosas. The afternoon started with a deep tissue massage. My therapist, Debbie did an incredible job identifying knots and working them out. The entire experience was very calming. After the massage, we had appointments for pedicures. Sara was great and did an excellent job pampering my feet. The paraffin wax treatment also provided comfort to my ankles which take a beating from running. We'll be back for sure.

One person behind the desk had a mask and the other didn't. The two massage therapists I saw that afternoon (including mine) both had masks on. You sign in and complete documentation before going back. My massage therapist asked a couple of questions and covered some points on the paperwork which helped me understand their process better. I've been to quite a few places before, but this was pretty nice. Music not too loud, my therapist was not chatty (super appreciate), and it was a comfortable atmosphere.
