I think that they are really nice people as they helped us with places to visit even though I am from this place they helped my friends with attraction and told alot with free entry and which had offers. They offer more than just a car rental service. When we gave the car back they checked the inside and outside with us to make sure or damages and if we left anything. Really nice as they gave us a voucher for 20 off next time we use them, I think they do this when you rent from them.

When you will not accept them trying to over charge they then try to force you into cancelling so they can charge you! If you are unfortunate enough to be dealing with Next Vehicles don't waste your time trying to go through its none existent complaints procedure. I am now some three months down the line still don't have a car, I have been lied to, fobbed off, been shouted at and harangued down the phone. They have even tried to fob me off with an inferior car. A complete shower, a farce and totally unreliable and not at all concerned about honouring contracts! STAY AWAY PLEASE TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. The forecourt is full of cars and there is a pressure washing unit in one corner to clean everything that goes in and out. To the right is their reception. This is where you book a car. The staff are helpful as they take a few details from you and add it to their pc's. After this has been done you can almost choose what vehicle you drive away with. Upon arrival I was helped by a woman called "Lisa" she must have been the friendliest and most helpfull desk agent I ever met. Thank you !! Advice to Avis; keep her, she should be employee of the month 8-)) On top she was very effiecient and I was out of the airport in no time. Also bringing the car back was no hassle at all. The guy inspecting the car, again, was very nice and very effecient, 5 min tops and I was on my way with all the information I needed.
