I came home around 3:00 today and low and behold my garage door decided to act up. It wouldn't let…read moredown and I could see that the pin was coming out of the wheel that keeps the door on track. The wire cable was also all tangled up.....I placed a few calls and everyone claimed to be busy and stated they could schedule a repair first thing tomorrow morning. I continued calling around using Google and every service was answered by a call center in California, smh. I called Davis Door Service and there was no answer...... So, I went to Youtube and figured I could fix it myself but I had a few stumbling blocks. 1) it was too cold and windy outside to be repairing a garage and 2) I needed help getting the little wheely thing back on track. Otherwise I could have mastered it, lol. As I was going back into the house, Davis Door Service called me and triaged the situation. He asked me my location, said he could send a tech over shortly and quoted me a price. The tech, (Felipe I think) was very nice and explained everything beforehand. He was able to complete the job quickly and explained the warranty. My garage door is running smoothly like it was previously. I'm very happy and appreciative that I found this company in my time of need.

I cant say enough good about this company, Keith came out and did the prep work, the next day the crew came out and got everything ready for concrete. The next day they poured the cement, it was 6" thick and the finish work was superb. 4 days Later they built the shop, everything was pre drilled on the spot and it was all perfect. The electrical company came in and did an outstanding job putting in the lights and power. I wish you all could see my shop, its so awesome!!!. With 28 years of experience Keith and his team is straight up the best as far as im concerned. If you want it done right, I highly recommend Metalbuilding4u. I wish I could give 10 Stars.
