If there was a zero star I would have given it. Im sure we all have the bad luck or unfortunate times in our life, but hey we got to take care of our business. Please stop reading at this point if you don't want to hear the truth. We hired this company to build a garage. Very nice people. Really nice and family oriented. The build took longer than estimated due to family problems. Some days they would show to work then a few days we couldn't get anyone on the phone or to show to work. There was some rain days that's understandable. Here comes the not so fun part. The building finally got finished yeaaaaa. But the next day a representative from City Concrete paid us a visit at our house stating they were about to put a lien on our house because GWELLS did not pay for the concrete for our garage. Yes, that's legal and they can do it. I reached out to Lisa Glidwell four times leaving text messages and voice messages with no return call or text. On top of that, the roof leaks in two places, the slab is cracked and there is a large pile of trash left over from the project. Well, I had enough and don't need a lien on our house. I retained an attorney and let's say it wasn't pretty. Word of advice followers, do your homework on hiring GC's. Don't just rely on the internet. File a waiver to get their background checked to see if they have any outstanding debt.
