It's located in half of what was the opera house, so the building is beautiful and historic with high ceilings. The space is also nicely decorated for the holidays. I went with a large group and I honestly loved every dish we ate. If you like fried food the volcano chicken with basil on top was amazing. The service was good and very very friendly, and the owner came over to our table to chat. Overall this was a really wonderful experience, I will look forward to dining here again when I'm in town.

On this particular Saturday night, the wife & I strolled in around 7:45 pm. We inquired to the person behind the counter - "What time do you folks close?" He replied - " Around 8:00ish, but please feel free to take as long as you like." ...What a welcoming felling... While we were enjoying our pint of Slice of Heaven (IPA) and Yugot Serbed Porter, the gentlemen behind the counter, started to bring in the outdoor furniture and heaters inside. Another two groups of customers arrive in the meantime and the gentlemen responded with the same friendly and courteous response he gave us. As far as food is concerned, this establishment doesn't have any food in-house. There are two food carts on premises, one is of Mexican cuisine and the other is Hawaiian Comfort Foods. You're also able to bring in your own food as well as order for delivery from several menus on the counter, such as pizza from Yeasty Beasty. This is our second time we have visited this Independence Brewery and we will definitely be back soon. The excellent customer service provided blends in well with the small town charm of Independence Oregon.
