This place is really cool but it is like highway robbery! You come in to pay the price for a 4-11 year old is 21.95. The price for a parent to be in the building is 11.95. But the kids have to have a parent on the ground level. So it totaled 80 something dollars and only one parent is allowed to watch the other has to sit upstairs at the con session stand. I'm in a touristy area, so a I get that pricing is going to be steap; however, charging me $12 to sit around and be bored for hours by myself while my children play is completely asanine. The reason, me sitting at a table and chair with an ariel view, not even being able to see where my children are at is a "liability". If I want to be downstairs with my children, it will cost me the full adult admission charge of $30, even if I just observe them. Get a grip. While the place is cool, and I'm willing to pay the over pricing for the kids, making me pay is beyond ridiculous. I'm not even allowed to go down in the play area, so there isn't even a chance for cheating parents to sneak in some fun time with their kids, much less take a picture or 2 of them having fun. There is enough going on for my older kids, but the pricing is absolutely not justifiable for my 6 year old. We've been here only about a half an hour and my little guy is already whining that he is bored. He'd rather sit at the table up here with me. I wouldn't even be sitting here writing this, if I hadn't promised my kids we could go, before knowing all of the details. That's on me. We came last night a couple of hours before they closed and the guy told us that the same pricing exists whether we are here all day or just for the last hour and a half, so we would be better off coming back the next day for a better value. He was nice and friendly, and I thank him for the tip. The girl who checked us in today was rude. No personal skills whatsoever. I asked her if there was WiFi and she said, "probably". That's it, nothing else. No checking. No, let me see if you need a password. It was basically, figure it out for yourself. So, I guess my $12 admission covers my WiFi, to submit my 2 cents. Seriously. As an owner of 2 businesses, I get that the customer is not always right and can definitely be wrong and/or rude, this was not the case. Seriously. My kids have come up to me a few times now and said, did you see me do this, or I did this, and I'm like, "sorry dude, I don't know what you are talking about, I can't see much from here". Big disappointment. The other thing I don't care for, is they won't let you past the gated area before you decide if you feel throwing a Benjamin at them for 3 kids is a good enough value or not. They have this weirdly angled view point, that is definitely not a birds eye view, and they rattle off quickly what your kids can do. But I need a visual. Telling me what there is, is not the same thing. Words are not a selling point, But then again, I am here. There is a concession stand with food and drinks, typical price point. They will let you leave and come back, and the facility is clean (including the bathrooms), these are both pluses. Being from Wisconsin and vacationing several times a year in the Wisconsin Dells, they have parks like this for free in all of the major resorts. Like I said, paying for my kids, even an over inflated price, is something I don't have a problem with. It's expected. Being nickled and dimed for me to sit here, I do have a problem with. This is the best place ever!! Your pass is good all day so you can play for a few hours, take a nap, and come back! It's good for all ages-even has the tight rope adventure for the littles. There's a ton to explore and the staff were super nice. We'll be sure to recommend this to any of our friends who may visit Branson! I wish we had one where we live. read more

Not really worth the money for adults. It's pretty small and if you want to do the ropes course or the climbing wall or lasers, you have the wait in line forever. I'll never understand why, at kids places, they charge more money for an adult even though the kids are the ones playing. Also if you have a toddler, there's not much to do for them. We stopped here on our Winter Break Getaway to Branson. So this place is amazing! From the decor to the choice of activities in this amazing space. Reminds me of Americans Ninja Warrior a little bit! There is ropes courses, rock walls, climbing equipment, slides, and more. You can tell there is a healthy and fit vibe here and this is great for our youth and families! However- I am going to warn you! You pay for what you get. To enter the facility there is a fee whether you participate or not. At first I thought wow- but then I thought these helps with crowd control and giving the adventurers room to play and do the activities. The activities are well managed and everything is well maintained. Service was great and they were well staffed. I would definitely bring my family back again for more adventures in this great space! read more

When we first entered the building we were all so excited and it looked like it was going to be amazing. Then it all started going downhill! First complaint is that my husband had to pay money in order to be in the floor with the kids because they had to have an adult down there with them. I have no problem with them needing an adult on that level with them, but why that adult should have to pay when NOT utilizing any of the equipment or activities is a complete rip off and way to take advantage of people in my opinion. It's not like he could go in to watch them and sneak and do the activities without paying ... you can't just randomly start doing a ropes course without a staff member checking your bracelet and giving you a harness ‍. This also means that my family was split up because we were not going to pay for more than one person to do NOTHING, just watch our kids. My second complaint is that they measured my daughter when we came in, she was OVER the line and so we paid the full price for her to do all activities. Then once she got down to the floor and started doing activities she was told she couldn't do things because she wasn't tall enough. When my husband explained that she was tall enough when they measured her and that we bought all the activities the staff argued with my husband and were rude. My husband asked why the height requirement is 55 inches and why they measure them when buying the tickets is once they get down there they are going to say that they aren't tall enough and the staff was rude and had smart comments. If the height that they use to measure everyone isn't tall enough then WHY IN THE WOKLD ARE THEY USING IT!! That makes absolutely no sense!!!! The ONLY reason this place is getting any stars at all is because my children did have a lot of fun doing the activities, well, the ones they got to do. We will not go back though. We will find other ropes courses and activities that my children will enjoy just as much because the rude staff, inconsistency's of rules, and unnecessary charges ruined this place for us. read more

It was a lot of fun for the kids, but super annoying that there are several things in which you have to pay extra for. For the price you pay to get in, all activities should be included. For instance, the free fall (in which you climb a ladder and step off one time) was $10. That's frankly rediculous. Also, I would love to be able to take my kids and let them play without me but onlookers must pay $12. So that's just not worth it. My local climbing gym is a blast, Elevate in Harrison, and is free for parents to watch the kids play. I won't go again at full price. read more

I was charged 11.95 to "observe" my grandkids but their definition of observe is different than mine bc when i tried to go downstairs & check on them & get pics i was told the yellow band meant i couldnt leave the table area! They told me i would need to pay more to go downstairs. I said im not going to get on the play equipment, im not even dressed for that, i just want to check on them & take pics. I was told i couldnt. I'm not going to lie, this isn't for parents who want to relax. It was a workout and we were sore the next day. But it was fun and our kids had a blast. We have a 3 year old and 6 year old. The 3 year old couldn't do the harnessed activities, the spiral slide, or the long slide at the very beginning. The 6 year old was 1 inch too short for the big ropes course and rock walls. He was really too big for the junior ropes course, so that was really a bummer. Also, it was pricey and we had to pay the same amount even though he was too short to do some of the funnest activities. It was hard on the adult body. I was glad to join in the fun, but most of the activities were not at all easy to do (crawling through very tight spaces or small holes in netting or through concrete tunnels on your knees... not super comfortable). We made the trip to Branson with the grandparents but didn't feel right asking them to pay to just observe, so they did some shopping while we did this (I think requiring people to pay $11.95 per person to just observe people who already paid quite a bit to play is ridiculous). Overall, our time lasted a little over 2 hours. The kids had a lot of fun and we will probably come back when they're a little older and able to do more. read more

TERRIBLE!!! My children have been patiently waiting on the youngest of them to reach the age/height to play here. That day finally came, and we were all beyond excited. I made two phone calls, on two different days to verify pricing. On both occasions I was told the same thing: I was given the admission price for the kiddos $21.xx and told that non-participating adults would have to purchase a non-adventure pass for $11.xx each. That amount is then placed onto a gift card that you can use at their cafe & store. Great idea! So we made the over-three-hour journey to Fritz's. When we went to purchase tickets, we were informed that at least one adult would have to purchase a full price pass (which does NOT get placed onto a cafe/store gift card) so as to accompany the children downstairs, and that the $11.xx "non-adventure" pass only allows you to be upstairs in the cafe area, NOT downstairs where the children are. If you don't want you're family to be split up, as in purchasing this full price pass for just one of the adults, then you are essentially scammed into having to purchase two passes neither of which give you the gift card. They're scamming you into buying a full price ticket for everyone regardless of their participation. I'm recovering from major surgery and my husband has a spinal cord injury so we very obviously aren't able to participate in the activities. That being said these kids have been so patient through our recent health issues and we felt that we owe it to them to have an awesome day here. Alas we could not do it. It was going to cost over $100 just to allow the two kids to play. Completely absurd. We've been to so many adventure centers around the country and never have we ever had to pay full price to accompany a child. Add to this, the staff members were extremely rude. Extremely disrespectful and pushy. It's just poor business all around. Take your money and time elsewhere. Don't support a business whose owner is this greedy. read more

Took my son and three friends for his birthday on Saturday. They had a blast. A few things if you haven't been.....if your child is below 48", they won't be able to do the tethered structures. My son was a little disappointed at first coming in at 47". It was extremely busy before noon. I recommend going after lunch to keep a better eye on your kiddos. And the final reason I gave it a 4/5 is I think they need a kid/adult security system at the entrance. (Something similar to chuck-e-cheese, where they stamp you with the same number as your kids when you come in) It is extremely hard to keep track of several kids and there is no one monitoring who is leaving wth them. read more

Terrible experience. We didn't find out until after we had paid and let our kids go play that in order for us to sit on the floor we would also have to pay for wrist bands. Be forewarned that if your child is under the age of 10 you must pay for an adult to have a band and you must sit on the floor (even if you sit and observe and don't participate). If you want to sit on the floor and monitor your kids each adult must purchase a wrist band regardless of the age of your children. This requirement cost us an additional $56.00 just so my husband and I could sit together and watch our kids play for the afternoon. If this requirement had been explained to us prior to paying for our kids and releasing them to go play we would have walked out and picked somewhere else to go. Instead an employee came down to the floor and escorted us to the register to explain their policy and required us to pay for bands for each adult. Stopped in at 3 on a Monday afternoon with my wife, my 11&12 year old boys and my 70 year old Aunt and Uncle. I was more than happy to pay the $29 fee for each of the boys and the Adults could sit in the more than available cafe seating and watch them. They would not allow this and said that my wife and I would have to buy a $29 pass each and the seniors would have to get a $15 pass each to get in. We had no intention of using any of the facilities and didn't feel it was right to pay an additional $90 so the adults could sit and watch the kids. The place was almost empty and their attitude was too bad that is our policy. Place looked cool and I'm sure the boys would have enjoyed it for the 2 hours before a show. But $150? The place offers some fun climbing/obstacle courses for the kids (ours are teens) but it is hugely disappointing for parent/observers. They charge $11.95 to sit and watch. Their "restaurant" options are very limited and they don't even offer the full menu during the week. So when you are on vacation and want to stay with your kids at a place like this, you have to pay to stay and you can't eat lunch (they open at noon) - and you can't order food in. A day pass is kind of a waste when you have to run the kids out to feed them. Overall - it's not worth the expense and kind of a disappointing way to spend part of our vacation. read more

The only negative is that parents have to pay to watch the kids. However, that did give us a chance to get away for a bit. My kids 16,13,9 and 4 had a blast ALL DAY!! If you like climbing and getting a good work out while you play this is the place!! I have had 5 kids and not in great shape but I had a blast doing the ropes course, rock climbing, and lazar maze! We spent $130 for 5of us to have a blast ALL day. Considering you can pay $10+ per person to golf for a hour or so this is a great deal. We played for several hours, left and got lunch then came back for more until closing time. My kids are going to CRASH tonight and sleep really well! The staff was all super kind. We didn't bring my 4 year old right away in the morning because I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought they were kidding. I have no interest myself in climbing a rock wall but to just keep one of their hard metal chairs warm $30??? On top of this to bring children in someone over 16 has to be with them. Which meant I had warmed a chair for $30! Grrrrrr. Try Grand Country Fun spot. Much better deal! ....tried this again 2/17 after regrettably buying two season passes that I shouldn't have purchased for my kids. I still will have to pay $30 EVERY TIME I GO TO WATCH THEM! First of all, when you've never been to this place before, you have no idea what the procedures are for entering. Nothing is posted, and staff are not helpful and very rude. They snap their fingers at you, and expect you to know what to do. Secondly, three of us adults had to pay just to get in to the building to sit and wait for the kids and my husband had to pay full price just to watch my 3 year old. They "make up" for this by giving you a gift card for that amount that can only be spent in house. (A fountain soda is 7.75). The kids seemed to have fun, though. read more

There are plenty of challenging, thrill-inducing, death-defying (at least it seems that way) activities. This place was a lot of fun! We came to Branson to get away for a few days and just so happen to drive by this place and decided to give it a try! Glad we did! Me and my husband went with our two kids (age 6, 1) they both had a fun and my 19 year old brother who had fun too! The reason I have it a 4 is because of the "restaurant ". They really need better variety of food. The chicken strips tasted baked and not very good and they come with chips (wasn't happy about that) but I was hungry so I got it but they really need a bigger variety if they're gonna call it a restaurant. This was the first thing we did as we started our vacation. I have three boys almost 12, almost 11 and almost 8 and they were in AWWWWW. They didn't want to leave after my husband and I had to drag them out 4 hours later. The first thing that I loved is they give you a wrist band so you can come and go throughout the day from open to close which is really nice!! I can't even begin to tell you everything that you can do because it is one of those places you MUST go to believe. If you or if your children love to climb and jump and crawl and zip line and just play this is an AMAZING place!!!!!!!! We are a family of 5 and paid 100!!
