Seating is available on the second floor and bathrooms are located in the basement. The fries are exceptional, accompanied by a selection of over 30 homemade dipping sauces, including both cold and warm options. We are more traditional than that. My wife chose regular mustard and me, well, just ketchup. The service is typical of a fast-food establishment--efficient but impersonal. However, the star of the show is undeniably the fries, making it well worth a visit. Prices are reasonable.

A lot op plusses: the interior, the boxes where they serve their food in, the ordering process at the bar, the friendly staff and the quality of the food. A real minus: ventilation. The fumes from the kitchen are well present in the restaurant and afterwards in your clothes. I really hope that a good hood is in their investment plan. My wife and daughter chose the 'Classic' and loved it (I got a bite and can but agree). My son and I had the 'Bacon' and where a little less impressed. The combination of bacon, bbq sauce and onion was too sweet to our taste. But hey, no we know what to choose next time. Recommended.

(I…read morewouldn't necessarily recommend some of the other restaurants in the market, as they get touristy and food quality cannot really compare.) Better come for a late lunch (say after 1:30 pm) as seating upstairs is very limited. They do close down between 3 and 5 pm so don't come too late. Also, make sure to study the menu before entering the restaurant (there is a menu board outside). Upon entering, get ready to place your order immediately. They will give you a buzzer and notify if your food is prepared. The bathroom is downstairs, but I didn't use it. You can also use its bathroom if you don't eat here but you need to pay a small fee.

After eating in Bruges, we all agreed that this was the best combination of value and taste in town. Food in Bruges is pricey!!! The burgers run from 5.95 up to 10 euros. You can get the set menu to get the fries and a drink. It's a LOT of food. Their pastas come in bowls the size of your head. The vegetarian pasta is flavorful with a primarily red pepper base, possibly. Lasagna is oozing with cheese. The burgers are beefy and delicious on a fresh bun. Sauces for your fries are 0.50 extra - pass on the chili sauce but do try the ketchup and in house mayo. The sauces are all homemade by the owner! Friendly service, great food and a good value - definitely recommend if you are passing through the station. If you are traveling with children, highly recommended for user friendly fare.

I ordered the veggie burger- so may not be the best judge of their actual burger heavy menu. It was okay. The fries were good, and the lunch meal deal seemed to be pretty €10 for a full meal at a train station feels like a fair price. Stopped by the place because it looked like there was pizza and pasta- which they do have, but it isn't their focus. Tried the greek sauce for the fries- but it was really just mayo and dill. I would not recommend it. But- this is a decent place- I am happy with my choice.
