The office staff is very good. The problem is the owners. Each of the two dentists I had seen left the practice and each time, the owners instructed all the staff to NOT tell patients they were leaving. I found out when I was sitting in the chair at my next appointment and was told I would be seeing a dentist I'd never met. After the second time, I switched to a different practice. I have had doctors and dentists retire or move and they or the practice always informed me. I found the secrecy to be very disrespectful. I should have been told so I could then decide which other dentist I wanted to see (like the one I had seen on other occasions when my regular dentist was on leave).

You can tell how much he genuinely enjoys interacting with his patients. He treats everyone with care, respect, and attention, and yes, his Virgo energy absolutely shows in the best way. The staff is equally phenomenal. From the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists, the entire office is welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. The women at the front desk are engaging and organized, and the clinical staff is thorough, gentle, and professional. It honestly feels like a dream team. I have had several services done here including cleanings, a crown, and a cavity filling, and I have zero complaints. I never felt pressured to do anything. I already knew what I wanted to prioritize, such as replacing older silver fillings with white ones, and the approach was always collaborative and respectful. They remember me when I come in, their technology is very up to date, and the ability to text the office makes everything so convenient. The entire experience feels modern, personal, and well run. I live in DC and travel outside of the city to come here, and it is absolutely worth it. I cannot recommend Dr. Han and his entire team enough. Incredible care from start to finish.

The procedure went smoothly, my cold sensitivity was immediately gone, and the team made an otherwise unpleasant situation about as easy as possible.
