I knew that Kimmi was staying so I got my lashes and waxing done by her ... she is a lovely honest kind sympathetic intelligent hard working woman ..., she has a real talent for lash extensions and body waxing ... i went there the second time and had to book in with a woman called Vaun ... this woman is a nightmare, bad attitude and did a HORRIBLE job on my lashes !! it also took her two hours ... I was exhausted by the time I left ... I went home and called her the next day and told her that the lashes were WAY too long, she disagreed and said she measured them and that's how they are supposed to be, I asked her to trim them for me and she refused, said the next time she would make them shorter ... I should have told her there would NOT be a next time ... I was furious !! I managed to find Ninni & Kimmi and went up to the new salon in Sage Hill and it was definitely worth the drive as Ninni did an excellent job on my lashes !!! I booked my appointment through their on-line system and it was beyond easy, got an email instantly and confirmed my appointment. I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early and this wasn't a problem at all. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and was told that Kelsey would be with me shortly. The only down side is that there is only 2 chairs in the waiting area and another customer decided she needed the other chair for her purse and coat. However I didn't need to sit down to wait because Kelsey was out to greet me. She took me back and got me set up for my pedicure. She was very professional and even when I told her that my feet are ridiculously ticklish she just smiled and said not a problem. This store is extremely clean, the staff are friendly and professional and to top it all off I got to keep the bottle of nail polish! So happy that this place is close to home so I don't have to make the trek downtown anymore. Can't wait to book another appointment with these great ladies!

My second visit, I was greeted with "got an appointment?" - by the fellow I had an appointment with and who I had previously seen! I was not impressed with the treatment I received. I absolutely did not feel welcomed. I did tip well, even though the nail fill wasn't great - I was not thanked or asked if I wanted to rebook. A few nails are crooked - I was told "no one will see that but you" What? Who's paying for this? Considering the atmosphere and what I felt was an unwelcoming salon, I will not be going back.
