To be one of the first liquor stores to open in Benton Kentucky since the dryness has been lifted,…read moreit has far greater choice, and quality than one would expect from a small-town liquor store. A variety of reasonably priced to moderate wines for every taste & meal, and a good selection of ales & lagers in six packs, as well as larger cases. The whiskies are a nice representation of the best to the cheapest Kentucky has to offer, and are well-selected. The choice of wine coolers & cocktails isn't to be belittled either. I managed to find a nostalgic flavor of Bartles & James I had been told by several stores was discontinued at this store! My only downside is that the cooler section is not quite as large as one would want in a larger store, but this is a smaller store, but it keeps it from a perfect rating. So whether you live here, or are just making a pit stop to grab something, then this is the place. It's right off the parkway, has a great selection(they even have Korean soju & Japanese sake), reasonable prices, and the staff is knowledgeable & super friendly.

Who doesn't love an UPDATE!…read more Yes, a year later and it's still a 5 star establishment from me. I've actually been frequenting Cafe Au Latte more now than I did in my past review, so I feel that this is a more accurate opinion from me. Amid the chaos of the Covid-19 pandemic, this place has flourished! By offering speciality coffee, teas, smoothies and delicious homemade food and a different, yummy lunch special every day! I've had their sugar free vanilla & hazelnut frappe, harvest frappe, and their Mexican frappe (chocolate and cinnamon). They're all delicious and seriously beat any of Mayfield's big chain competition. This is the only REAL specialty drink cafe in Mayfield though, keep that in mind. On to the food. YUM. They have recently changed up their menu and prices. So with that in mind I tried the Southwest Chipotle Turkey wrap for lunch today. I was not disappointed. Man, that is an excellent wrap, stuffed full of bacon, turkey, avocado, lettuce, tomato, a special chipotle mayo and more! They're breakfast food is amazing as well, I recommend the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant for a quick and filling breakfast on the go! You couldn't ask for better drinks, food, or people than this place. The service is great, these girls are seriously killing it! My tip is to call ahead and place your order, especially on your way to work in the mornings. They are QUICK and will have it ready and warm when you come through the drive thru!
