Prices are reasonable, and I'm always greeted by the employees (almost always two of them) the moment I walk through the door. The location of this store is in a safe part of town, so you don't have to worry about having to watch your back. I've also never seen any type of loitering by vagrants or other undesirables, so I definitely feel safe.

Bought a pack of vape coils, they turned out fake. Never gave me a refund or even apologized. My next visit I bought 3 puff bars because he was the only one in town that had the flavor I liked. Almost finished the first one when all of a sudden, there was only a nasty nicotine flavor. I took it to another vape store and low and behold, they were also fake. All 3 of them. This guy is a crooked businessman and it makes me sick. I'm now convinced everything vape product he sells is fake, and I don't want others to get scammed like I did. He's a crook and a liar and by selling these fake vape products he can get people very sick! I'm referring to the vaping illness that's going around because it's because of people like him, just looking to make money and not care about customers and their health. It's disgusting. May he burn in hell.

Their variety of hard to get brands had me doubting authenticity, but I assume they must have some pull. I have NEVER seen a selection of OPUS X like they have here, as well as other limited run cigars. I bought more than I should have, but seemed like this was the opportunity to load up for the holidays. Sales tax is pretty low in KY, so soften the blow on what are generally overpriced cigars across the board. Most sticks were selling for 10%-15% OVER MSRP. If you buy 10 or more, then you get a 10% discount. So end the day I overpaid for one box by 10%, but ended up breaking even if I bought back home with the higher tax. Benefit is I got a full box of Foundation Cigars, while most of my local and online trusted retailers were out. I would have also pulled the trigger on the Cohiba Wellers, but they were too pricey here. Overall worth a visit if you have some extra $ to drop on hard to find cigars.

The younger man at the register seemed like a good guy but the older man wanted to charge us $10 more per carton than what was listed on the shelf. The young guy looked confused when the older man was trying to OVERCHARGE us. So we said we'd just buy them else where. Beware we were a victim of racism. These animals should take Dr Kings message to heart and he would totally be ashamed of their character. It's sad that the locals in the area don't even mention the place for cheap tobacco they recommend a truck stop which we all know is a bit more expensive and that's where we purchased them after unfortunately.
