So, I found myself once again at Two Men in the Kitchen. Since it was Easter Sunday, they offered a buffet or a special limited menu. There was fish and chicken wings available, and I chose the wings. Since I don't eat meat often, I asked for their "House Sauce," and it is by far amazing. I paired the wings with the 3-cheese baked mac & cheese and sweet potatoes. I went for the sides first because I wanted to save the best for last--I already knew that house sauce was going to be incredible, especially on the chicken and greens eggrolls they have. The mac & cheese was great; it had a crunchy outside yet remained soft in the middle, and the cheese pull was amazing. The sweet potatoes were definitely homemade; I could tell because every slice was a different cut, which I appreciate because it proves they didn't come out of a can.
